I have ordered 3-4 times from this team and the packages arrive on time, packed for a trip to China, and exactly as presented... the Beluga Vodka with the leather case is our best and we just bought the Formula 1 Vodka bottles -- as a surprise for our F1 fans... this team actually follows up and answers our email questions! they are committed to customer service and will treat you and your bottles with respect !!! what a find--people that actually know what customer service is all about. you won't regret it!

Company lied about sending order to GLS shipping company and is not providing any info on how to get my package. It is a scam of a company and I am willing to bet any good reviews are manufactured by wooden cork

I needed an order faster due to special event schedule change and they took care of me almost instantly. Railgun speed level service with precision care!

In addition their bottles always have reliable provenance and they are always authentic.

Great price and excellent support. I mistakenly gave a bad review because I was being hit with a duty shipping fee of $84 from being shipped from Italy. I assumed it was the Italian wine I bought but in fact my wife bought something from Italy and it was that!

The folks at Wooden Cork were so supportive in helping me track it down and show it was not from my wine.

In my case I was surprised to get my deliveries the next day after ordering. When the package arrive the packaging to protect the bottles was the very best.

The customer service is above and beyond. I originally purchased a bottle using a 10% discount code and it didn’t work. Within a day they refunded the 10% back to my account. I really appreciate good businesses like these.

Needed to add delivery instructions after I had finalized my order. Emailed customer service, got an automated reply right away. And, within the hour an email confirming that delivery notes had been taken care of!!! Amazing service.

Very easy process to order and pay on line, especially when I was ordering from outside the US. I messed up the delivery address but it was corrected really quickly and I had a lovely email from them. Would certainly recommend using Wooden Cork.

Recently moved to another town, checked out with my old home address. Reached out via email, and received a quick response with new confirmation email with shipping to new home address. Really pleased with the responsiveness of their customer service.

I ordered a whiskey specifically for Lunar New Years back on January 29, way ahead of time. Their website also provided a delivery estimation date way earlier than the date. Not only that, their customer service staff continuously assured me that the whiskey would arrive on time before LNY (which is Feb 17) because my order was not being processed for nearly two weeks.

It is claimed to be "delivered" this week on February 23. After a series of lies from them, I obviously never received my package. My package needed a signature release, but their courier service just delivered it somewhere, never to be found.

Additionally, I paid for their fraudulent shipping protection AND a very expensive shipping fee. They are not taking any responsibility, other than offering store credit. I believe it was reasonable to request a refund since they did not abide by the delivery contract at all.

They don't care if you are having a bad experience. They will rip you off as much as they can and provide an unacceptable resolution. They are basically forcing me to purchase from them again, after a series of fraudulent actions they've shown me. They should know how to feel an ounce of shame.

TLDR: ordered way ahead of time for a special occasion whiskey themed for lunar ner years, never received the package, did not abide by the delivery contract, only offered store credit so that I can buy from them again, and then ghosted

Took Wooden Cork FOREVER to process my order. The client to whom I sent the gift ($300 bottle of bourbon) received it three or four weeks after I placed the order. Ridiculous! I will not order from Wooden Cork again. Also, I did not see a gift-wrapping option or an option to include a note for the recipient. There are many better liquor delivery companies out there.
