Awful interface

Awful interface, everything goes wrong all the time. Just don't bother. Expensive. Be wary of the 90 day cancellation fee.

Questionable UX for Customers

seems impossible to cancel a booking. No log in for customers. Now worried the revised booking with £100 deposit will not be honoured.

This is literally the worst platform and most expensive. Do not use

Rubbish ResDiary

Booked a restaurant that uses this - had a great 5* meal and then tried to leave a review on ResDiary request, which is where it all went wrong. Lots of errors from ResDiary form and couldn't get it to accept, so unable to recognise the restaurant. This seems such a bad system/App.......why do restaurants use it?

Scam

Scam! Will take a 20 euro deposit for booking which the restaurant will not take off the bill. Do not use.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

All Good BEFORE you sign up!

Before signing up the customer support was AMAZING! But after you've signed up you can't speak to anyone, you have to do everything by email, and you're usually just told to watch a video. I've been trying to set up deposit payments for over a week. Good luck if you've got time to deal with Res Diary!
