Hands down, the best Reservation System out there.

I've used a range of different bookings systems over the years and ResDairy by far is the best I have encountered, It's really well though-out and designed from a restauranteur's perspective, full of many bells and whistles that you might not realise you need, but can make a big difference. The key though is knowing that they have very professional people who can guide you through any challenges, we have dealt with Marlese when we first started using ResDiary and now we are opening our second venue, she has been the one to talk us through the set up over video chat. Highly recommend, it will help your team and enhance the service you offer your customers.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.. been with the resdiary for 7 years with no problem, till dishcult took over. Customers start finding hard to book, the confirmation email would no go through, the system would stop loading. No customer service to call, you can just email.. when got a call back, no solution found from the and when I said that I want to cancel as I am loosing customers they charged me for 90 days cancellation. Be aware.. almost month later my venue still not removed from dishcult portal.

We're sorry your experience with ResDiary and the guidance provided by our support team last month has fallen short of your expectations, Agne.

ResDiary customers are not obliged to list their venues on Dish Cult, and widgets can be created to take bookings via restaurant websites, Google and social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.

We're also sorry that the 90-day cancellation period came as a shock to you. ResDiary is however, transparent about its terms and conditions, and these can be found on all pages of our website. Full access to the system is available during this period, and our customers can seamlessly transition to an alternative provider, if required.

Great training experience

Marlese was such a great trainer - she took the time to understand our business structure and needs. She has the knowledge and solutions to implement the back end set-up changes needed for the different booking options our business offers.

She was lovely to speak with, listened to my questions and responded with patience and solutions!

My experience with Hayley and Marlese has been fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that our business is prepared to open on time. They have provided timely assistance whenever we have requested support too.

ResDiary is a perfect solution to all your online booking requirements.... the customer reach and platforms they have to connect to customers is amazing.
customer support team are quick and efficient and always prompt to respond. We have gained so many new regular clients by using ResDiary. Highly recommend.
