Don't waste your time applying for technical roles at that company. They don't hire Black people even though they are highly qualified. I applied for a remote technical job,the lady from the Czech Republic I interviewed with said that she would send me a link to book the second interview. I could read in her eyes that she was lying. The next day I received an email saying that I was not selected and they have decided to go with other candidates. Fair enough, I got nothing to lose here.DO NOT APPLY.

Complete fail…
Was unable to book a reservation because Sevenrooms system did not work. Complete fail. What a shame for the restaurant.
Buck passing
I booked an event and received a very basic receipt from sevenrooms. When I asked for a VAT receipt they said not their responsibility and to contact the venue. Venue say contact sevenrooms as they are the ones who generate receipts. Very poor communication between the two companies

Abonnement frauduleux et vices cachés
À la base, je pense que l’application peut être bénéfique pour beaucoup de restaurateurs, cependant ils ne savent pas gagner de l’argent honnêtement, lorsque vous réservez un restaurant par eux, sans faire attention (conditions générales que personne ne lit et donc vice caché légalement) ils vous prendront tous les mois 49€ pour des conciergeries fantômes dont personne n’a besoin, surtout lorsque l’on vu juste réserver un restaurant. A éviter à tout prix, des procédures légales ont été entamé contre eux avec un groupe d’avocats afin de faire cesser leur activité. Privilégiez en attendant les appels téléphoniques pour réserver dans les restaurants.

Very poor customer service to support the business that signed up. WATCH OUT for their contract terms worded in ways to TRAP you to stay in the contract not allowing exit and just auto renewals your subscription unreasonably.
Can’t use this system as it has phone…
Can’t use this system as it has phone verification layers that simply do not work. Tells me it is sending a code to the number on record which they clearly have from the last digits. When i put the full number in for verification they tell me it does not exist. Cannot proceed with booking. I am told by friends they have the same issue. Restaurants must be losing a fortune through this hopeless mess. I assume the security layers are because of the card guaranteed no show retention fee charged by the restaurant. I assume this is why the restaurant still has full availability for a busy Saturday night.

At $25.00 a head with a 24 hour cancellation requirement, I’ve avoided this reservation system at every turn. Today O booked a reservation on what I thought was Google only to get a notification from SevenRooms that my reservation was booked. So mad! 24 hrs ahead is not feasible for so many reasons. Won’t book anything at a restaurant that requires this again.

I wish I had seen the other reviews before signing up. William from SevenRooms pressured me into a contract that I deeply regret. I asked to cancel the very next day after signing, but they’ve done everything possible to trap me into a service that offers no real value.
SevenRooms is completely pointless for small businesses. I’ve had nothing but spammy emails, no meaningful bookings, and no return on investment. There are far better platforms out there like OpenTable and TheFork that actually deliver results.
I won’t be paying for a service I tried to cancel within 24 hours. Avoid at all costs.
And not to mention the manager Jamie he’s worst

Useless. Kept requesting that I fill in details I had already provided and then timed me out. After the fifth failed attempt, I decided to book another restaurant.

Theft of reservation deposit
I had made dinner reservation at restaurant in NYC (Hutong, if you must know) which required a credit card to secure the seats. The “cart” had indicated an advanced purchased of a dish known as “Flaming Duck”.
All my items on my bill were ACCOUNTED FOR and settled including a line that says the deposit has been RETURNED. The restaurant's FINAL bill was $507.00. The following day, I was notified by my credit card company that Sevenrooms had charged me $167.00!
I tried contacting Sevenrooms and the restaurant but both establishments are not available to pick up my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY RESTAURANTS that use SEVENROOMS. They are thieves!

Terrible service.
For a few weeks, I keep receiving unwanted marketing material for all manner of organisations via SevenRooms. Every time I 'unsubscribe to all' I get another marketing message and find that everything has been resubscribed.
Awful experience
Awful experience. It makes booking a serious hassle and asks enough information to make a full data broker profile.
Worst booking system ive ever tried to…
Worst booking system ive ever tried to use. Tried to book a reservation and it recommended to sign up with google, google blocked it said it was unsafe - didn’t even know google could do that. Then couldn’t go back so wasn’t able to book. Just tried to confirm a reservation, offers to add additional things but load page goes no where. Honestly the worst. I will never book the restaurant again.
