I bought insurance for my order
I bought insurance for my order, $100 cognac bottle with two glasses. I received the order with a broken glass and I want to return the order. Remedy only offer $10 instead to accept the return. Horrible customer service.
Remedy Liquors is a joke
For many years i purchased from Remedy Liquors with only minor problems that were rather quickly resolved. That is no longer the case. The deals are decent but their customer service is horrible. They do not respond to complaints. I had one that was ignored for 4 months although i sent them several requests to respond to me. Finally, I asked my credit card company to do a charge back to try and get their attention. Avoid these guys.
Never ever buy online from Remody liquor
Ordered 4 bottles on line, and was damaged during shipment. Paid the insurance charges offered by remody liquor. Shipment was returned to sender(remody liquor). Was only partially refunded, as said only 3 broken bottles were returned to them. How can that be, they were all broken during shipment. Was charged a restocking fee 5%, the full shipping price, and $15.00 return fee. Unbelievable I didn't receive any of the shipment, and cost me $91.00. Never ever buy from this online store...
Bait-and-Switch Pricing & Total Communication Failure
I ordered a Bruichladdich Black Art 11.1 on Dec 27 at a promotional price of $250. After holding my money for a full month, Remedy issued a silent refund with zero explanation, and an email asking for why this happened was also ignored.
The most frustrating part? I know for a fact that other customers who ordered this bottle WEEKS after I did received theirs. This wasn't an "out of stock" issue; it was a failure to honor my order while fulfilling later ones.
I sent FOUR emails between Jan 16 and Jan 22 asking for an update. Not a single one was answered. To be ghosted for 10+ days and then given a refund for a bottle that is now $400 more expensive elsewhere is the worst "customer service" I've experienced in the spirits industry. Avoid this shop if you actually want to receive what you pay for.

Buyer beware and read the reviews! I don't know what's happened to Remedy Liquor as it used to be one of my favorite online retailers for whisk(e)y, but in the last few years something has drastically changed and all the 1 star reviews show that... new, terrible ownership/management maybe? Their customer service is horrid and basically non-existent. They are rude, combative and non-responsive. They don't reply to emails in a timely manner, they've removed the contact form from their website and they will not take phone calls on online orders. They ignore what you put in the special instructions field when you order, and print it and include it in the box when shipped, almost like they're pointing out that they intentionally ignored your request. The only thing they have going for them is price, which only goes so far with such horrible customer service. They cancelled and refunded my most recent order after I kept asking when it would ship. They replied once to several emails saying the item was delayed, recently restocked and I'd get tracking info "soon". Around 2 weeks later I started emailing them daily asking when it would ship and all I got back was a refund email, no explanation, no apology. Bottom line - they don't care about their customers' experience and all you have to do is read their online reviews (especially their replies to complaints) to see that proven. Beware, look close and be careful with these folks. Everything you need to know is in these reviews. 1 star is far too generous a rating for the horrible service Remedy Liquor provides, if that word even applies.
I ordered four special bottles of vodka
I ordered four special bottles of vodka. They emailed me back and refunded me for one bottle and said the other four would ship I never received any of the bottles and when I inquired about it, their excuse was, I didn’t buy the protection for the package. I never received an email saying the package was on the way or anything. This company is a complete joke and rip off. They never responded to my inquiries for days on end. I feel like all Air is trying to make extra money on their package protection plan. We’ve never had anything taken from our front door porch.

If you ever order from them you better pray there are no shipping issues because there is no way to call them and I guarantee they will not resolve your issue.
Biggest nightmare. I ordered a glen farclas 10 year and a thinker merlot from them. I redirected it to a local walgreens via fedex that sold liquor. Fedex sent the package all the way back to california from the local walgreens because Remedy refused to fill out a form. Then Remedy has the nerve to suggest the customer pay to ship it back. Had to call my credit card to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I suggest ordering from a company called Socal on Shopify they are excellent and cheaper.

ICustomer Service was contacted about situation via black hole they call a website contact us link. Goods shipped back it appeasrs. NO REPLY. NO GOODS, and no satisfaction. REMEDY has been ok previously but ZERO customer service when something happens!

I'm probably one of the lucky ones... I have placed 3 separate orders with this company, and have been satisfied with the items received for the price paid. Their packaging is excellent, with each bottle individually suitcased in inflatable packaging. Sometimes, labels or boxes may not be 'collector quality', but if you're just going to consume the product anyways,who cares... Like others have said, contacting a real person is impossible if you do have any concerns.
This company's website is 'remedyliquor.com'. Everyone should also be aware of a scam company that has piggybacked on this company's information. 'remedyliquorbase.shop' can be substituted if you just click on an item you are searching for on the Internet. Be very aware of the email address you are giving your payment information to, to avoid future headaches and certain disappointment.
Not recommend
Not recommend. All promos you see on the web are not working. You can’t get any discount on the packages you buying, don’t trust whatever they advertise like “buy 2 get $20 discount” or if they will add free gift they will charge more for shipping so it’s not free anymore. Download app and get $5 it’s not working either. In one word bad and greedy service, not appreciated for long time customers.
I have ordered from Remedy three times…
I have ordered from Remedy three times to date and have had no issues with delivery (on time, well packaged, etc.). I called their customer service department (only because I was having issues checking out -- I live in an area that shares a zip code between 3 towns, my issue -- not theirs). Customer service rep was excellent. She figured out the issue and sent me a direct invoice to get around the shipping glitch. Items arrived quickly and in great condition. Would order again.
Grifters Posing as Business Professionals
I have placed 29 orders with Remedy Liquor over the past three years, spending nearly $6000 on their products. The first 28 orders I placed came off without incident. But my 29th order, placed Oct. 17, 2025 (and the last order I will ever place with Remedy Liquor) arrived by FedEx on Oct. 27, 2025.
All the bottles I ordered except for one --MACALLAN 12YR SCOTCH SINGLE MALT AGED IN A SHERRY OAK CASK -- were in the order I received. I immediately contacted Remedy's customer service department to report the missing $83 bottle of MACALLAN 12YR SCOTCH.
I also explained that the alcohol I ordered was for a family gathering we had scheduled for Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, to welcome home a service member who has been stationed in the Middle East for three years.
After two automated customer service responses, Remedy Liquor refused to accept responsibility for the missing bottle of Scotch. To prove their point, they sent me a photo of the five bottles of alcohol I ordered, allegedly taken in their shipping department. This proved nothing except to show a lineup of the same products I ordered.
This company is unethical, petty and untrustworthy. To avoid accepting responsibility for a missing $83 bottle of Scotch never delivered, they sacrificed $6000 in future sales.
Such brilliant business minds. Don't waste your time or money ordering from seasoned grifters.
Do not buy anything worth more than $40…
Do not buy anything worth more than $40 from this company. They ship damaged products and put previously damaged items in protective sleeves. They also skirt accountability by blaming the shipper even though the packaging is in perfect condition. Spend your money at a more reputable establishment.

I have ordered several times from this company and never had a problem before. Unfortunately, this time the packaging was very poorly done. The bottle itself arrived intact, but the box was completely crushed because it was packed in a very tight plastic wrapper with no proper protection.
I pay for shipping protection and insurance precisely to avoid issues like this, and I was very disappointed to receive a damaged box. Since I collect these bottles, the condition of the box is just as important as the bottle itself. This was not what I paid for, and I expected much better care in packaging.
Package broken in shipment is my problem?
Package broken in shipment and I have the package protection insurance. Well, it's been over a month since FedEx notified them that they package was damaged and could not be delivered. I show the package returning back to Remedy. They can't find it so they tell me I need to wait. But, FedEx has already returned it to them and they won't even look to see what's going on and correct the issue.
These folks are awful when things go wrong. They don't do anything to fix issues. I regret shopping with them.
2 months and only disappointment
An order I placed over 2 months ago went missing en route. I had ordered the package protection. When the package went missing, suddenly my online invoice showed I didn't have the protection. Well I did purchase the protection, their website had a bug that removed it, without notice, from my cart. I documented the bug for them and shared my concerns.
Initially, they seemed to understand the situation and assured me they would get right back to me. Well, that never happened. They don't want to have any responsibility when things go wrong.
I have successfully had prior orders from them. They do sell legitimate things at decent prices. But, if something goes wrong, they don't do anything to fix the problem. They stop responding and seem to hope that I give up.
I'm opening a dispute with my Credit Card provider on Monday if they don't fix this.
They could have so easily fixed the situation and made things better. Instead, 2 months later, I'm still witihout my order or any sort of concern from them.
DON'T TRUST THEM.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No way to speak to anyone about online order. Email replies take forever. FedEx lost my package yet Remedy refuses to refund my entire purchase price. They claim the insurance is only for the bottle, but I know for a FACT that FedEx refunded shipping to them. SO they made a $23 profit for nothing! AVOID!!!
They lied and said I put a hold on my shipment.
This place has gone down hill. I ordered over $600 worth of wine. They alleged that it was shipped and that "I" told the shipping company to put a "Hold" on the shipment which is nonsense and a scam. This place is a scam and did not offer me a refund.
