simply impressive such poor service. no one answers emails. should have delivered some goods which were destroyed by UPS. but they choose to ignore this obviously. choose another supplier simply unreliable.

Pedí una referencia,me mandaron otra porque no tenían stock (sin consultarme antes). Llevo 20 dias intentado devolver el pedido y, después de 3 o 4 llamadas, siguen sin venir a por la caja para devolver el pedido. Vamos, que me han estafado. Y eso por no hablar de la empresa de transporte con la q trabajan (correos express)... se inventan intentos de emtrega fallidos, al final tienes q ir tú a por el pedido... unos sinvergüenzas

Nefasto,entregaron mal mi pedido aún no lo tengo,envié MSG por varios sitios nadie contesta,llamé por teléfono quedaron en llamarme nadie me ha llamado.....NO COMPRAR NADA ALLI!

Did not get the wine I ordered, but a 50% cheaper wine from the same house.

Horrible effort to get a response. In the end, they did not allow me to return the goods (as is consumer law) but got the difference in price paid back. Never again.

Should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering - reviews share same story over & over again.

Por segunda vez pido una cierta tónica que sale en la web (además de otras cosas). El formulario me acepta el pedido, pero esa parte del género no me llega. Por segunda vez. Después de rellenar el formulario de su web, me indican de forma escueta "tiene un reembolso de tónica xxx - 04-03-2026 12:18 - 26.60 €", sin disculpa, sin indicar cuándo dispondrán del género, nada. Me buscaré un proveedor que tenga más respeto y empatía por sus clientes.

8 maanden na een slechte ervaring mbt bestelling (geannuleerd wegens ontbreken meerdere flessen) , dit bedrijf toch nog eens een kans gegeven. Ditmaal 13 flessen besteld....order verzonden ..toen opeens kreeg ik een terugbetaling van 2 flessen (in voorraad volgens website). Geen enkele melding /verwittiging ontvangen van ontbreken (ja er waren nog andere types van hetzelfde merk in voorraad). 26€ transportkosten betaald (tot 20 kg) dus ik bestel altijd het max. Aantal flessen toegelaten voor dit gewicht.
Een mailtje over niet in voorraad was simpel, maar men doet zelfs de moeite niet.
Jammer dat men op deze manier werkt.

We ordered a case of 6 bottles of Chablis 2023 for New Year’s Eve, with delivery scheduled for 29/12.
The order arrived on 11/01, well after the event.
Even worse:
The 6 bottles delivered were Chablis 2024, which are €10 cheaper per bottle, i.e. a €60 difference that has not been refunded.
The invoice was inside the box, even though this was meant to be a gift.
Despite our complaint, the seller is no longer responding.
The entire order was incorrect, resulting in financial loss and a non-existent customer service.

Tras hacer un pedido y no conseguir mantener el seguimiento del mismo, después de varios intentos conseguí hablar con atención al cliente su respuesta ante mi pedido fue que no tenían stock, no me informaron de este incidente y por lo visto no tenían pensado hacerlo pero el cobro si fue puntual al momento de hacer la compra.
Fue parecido a un intento de estafa.

Ordered 5/12/25, correos have lost packet , campoluz are not doing anything about it, now lost €70, no customer service. No one answers phone, now ignoring e-mails, Carlos Munoz supposedly e-commerce manager, what a bloody joke!

BURLA!! CUIDADO!! Horrível. Péssima experiência. Enganado! Esta empresa é uma burla. Não comprem nada neste site. Há 3 semanas pedi uma garrafa e uma bolsa, até hoje nada chegou e colocaram como entregue no site. São criminosos e alerto toda a gente a não comprar nada neste site! Cuidado!! Não respondem, não sabem da encomenda, não fazem track dos produtos! É uma empresa criada para enganar pessoas.

Lamentable experiencia con Bodegas Campoluz. Parece que en esta empresa tienen problemas con las matemáticas básicas: pagué por 6 botellas y recibí 5. Un error así es inaceptable. El sitio web transmite una imagen de alta calidad y profesionalidad, pero ojalá hubiera consultado Trustpilot antes de comprar en la web de Campo Luz. Cancelaron el envío el mismo día de la entrega, tras confirmarlo todo dos días antes. Pésimo servicio. FATAL.

un total desastre de empresa, encargue las cestas de navidad para una empresa y no contestan mails, no responden, no saben que plazos tienen (teoricamente 24/horas), no te garantizan la entrega en ninguna fecha, 10 dias perdidos y al final de prisa y corriendo a buscar cestas por otro lado. muy mala experiencia, no repetire jamas

Me han estafado en plena navidad. Pedí 10 cestas de navidad para los empleados de mi pequeña Pyme hace mas de 20 días y no obtengo respuestas por ningún canal, vergonzoso. No compréis jamás en campoluzenoteca o en Campo Luz SL

He realizado y recogido varios pedidos en tienda, y el servicio siempre ha sido excelente. ¡La calidad del producto y la atención al cliente son excelentes! Un agradecimiento especial a Mari Carmen por su ayuda y atención.

As some others already pointed out, this company ships the items the items of your order they actually have, and the ones they don't have they simply refund. But there's zero communication about that and if you try to contact their customer service (by contact form or email) you don't get any reply. In their webshop, when you log in, you can't manage your order, like cancelling for example. Thus, if customer service virtually doesn't exist, and you can't do anything yourself.....Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because they did actually deliver part of the order and did refund the missing item.

Commande de produits en stock qui ne part pas. Je contacte le sav qui me dit qu'ils n'ont pas les produits mais qu'ils peuvent envoyer moins bien à la place. Sur le coup j'accepte mais le lendemain je demande une annulation de la commande qui est acceptée. Puis j'attends le remboursement, j'attends, je contacte le sav qui fait le mort...
Je contacte ma banque pour faire opposition (assurance de la carte bancaire pour arnaque) mais le délai est dépassé...
Bref, ce site est une arnaque. N'y allez pas !

Essentially fraudsters. Avoid.

They run a company that has (as far as I can tell) no actual stock, although they advertise things as being ‘in stock’.

So, my story is the same as a lot of those on here; I ordered two very specific and difficult-to-find bottles from them - one was cheap and one was expensive. I didn’t really like the postage charges but the expensive bottle is so hard to get, I decided to go ahead. Only one bottle arrived; the cheap one. The very-hard-to-get, expensive bottle did not.

There is zero customer service … totally zero. After sending them various emails and messages, the cost of the missing bottle suddenly appeared as a refund on my debit card. The postage was not refunded. The result was that I paid more in postage than the cost of the one bottle that was delivered.

This company is either a scam or very badly managed. Order 6 bottles of a certain wine, payed for them and a few days later the order was cancelled. The reason: out of stock. The funny thing is that the same day the order was cancelled the very same wine was still available to buy in their site...
Luckily enough I got a total refund on time, which considering some of the opinions I read about this company was quite an achievement.
From these guys, never again!

J'ai commandé 12 bouteilles liqueur française et espagnole. J'avoue que j'étais un peu inquiet en lisant les commentaires. Mais tout s'est bien passé.
Le jour où j'ai commandé j'ai envoyé un message au Service Client pour m'assurer de ma commande ils m'ont répondu deux jours ouvrés après.
le transporteur (dont la lettre commence par U et internationalement connu) a été un peu moins à la hauteur. Surtout au niveau de la reprogrammation et de la livraison sur une autre adresse.
