Although I didn’t use the full service as I was after some advice on a warranty claim after recently buying a used car. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and very professionally. Ian provide me advice over the phone and guidance on a written letter if I needed it. But with his advice may issue was resolved with a simple phone call. After only 5 days the car I bought from a major car dealership developed a major fault. A fault that 3 mechanics confirmed would have been present before they sold me it.
