Ian is fantastic and did all the leg work in rejecting my car. I didn't think I had much of a leg to stand on as I'd had the car for 8 months and had done 3/4k miles when the timing chain went but Ian reassured me and in the end we won. I got a full refund in the end with Ian acting on my behalf. A real modern day superhero catching the villians of the motor trade. Thank you thank you thank you.

Ian Ferguson helped us return a car. As with most ongoing problems with cars and garages it wasn't a simple fix and we were dealing with a number of people who were giving conflicting information. Ian took everything off our hands and had it sorted in a week.

Ian was great, he made everything very clear and anything I didn't understand he was happy to explain and even helped me though talking to the garage when I returned the car

I contact Rejectmy as my car developed a rattle, squeak snd terribly loud wind noise coming into the cabin. Ian helped provide a letter to the finance company and instructed me what the process would be. All Ian’s help was massively appreciated as it helped me reject the vehicle and gain full money back from the finance company.

I first contacted Ian through a recommendation after suffering horrendous service from Honda financial services and Bill smiths Honda where I was to the point of being stuck with a motorbike with just 1000 miles on that wasn’t fit for purpose , I thought this was the end of the road and I were to be stuck .
Then stepped in Ian within days the ball was rolling no messing around all letters sent and contact made all stress and worry relieved from myself .
Within no time at all Ian shown why he’s at the top of his game at what he does proving that me the consumer was a victim of poor workmanship and horrendous customer service by both the dealership and Honda with information from behind the scenes the truth come to light .
Only that the Dealer still wouldn’t play ball this case would have been done and dusted in no time but the extra few weeks it took was well worth the end result of having a refund and the Bike being taken back by Honda .
I would recommend Ian to anyone and everyone he’s professional and knows his stuff once he’s involved whoever’s on the receiving end should definitely be worried, I would certainly look to use him if I ever encounter an issue like this in the future .

I can't speak highly enough about the experience I have had with Ian and team at Rejectmycar! Ever since the first initial phone call with Ian, I was immediately put at ease and knew I was in safe hands. Everything seemed to happen so fat compared to me failed attempt at getting noticed. Just short of 5 weeks and everything is wrapped up! The wealth of knowledge and experience Ian has is phenomenal. I would not hesitate to put anyone in contact with Ian and if I ever (hopefully not) have another experience with a vehicle in the future, Ian is the man I will go to!

Ian and his team are amazing they got my car back from a dodgy car dealers that did not want to know when I tried to reject it the car had serous mechanical problems and had been wrote of twice quote death trap anyone struggling to get a refund I would highly recommend Ian and his team 10/10 👍 all day great service!!

Fantastic service from start to finish I would High recommend, we had a warranty issue which the dealer and the manufacturer refused to resolve once Ian stepped in he dealt with the situation and we had the vehicle engine replacement under warranty.

The company in question, basically, tried to pull a fast one saying we owed them a ridiculous amount of money. Ian did an amazing job in getting the charge removed completely. We are delighted with the outcome. A huge thanks to Ian.I would definitely recommend giving him a call.

Fighting with Arnold Clark for months about a dodgy car they had sold me. After being in to get repairs done seven times I had enough. After sending multiple letters to a car dealer who refused to refund me I asked for some advice from Ian who was more than happy to give me some of his valuable time and drafted me a letter up to send to the dealer and incredibly the very next day I received a response from the dealer agreeing to refund, knowledge is power and Ian has bucket loads of it, I will recommend Ian without any hesitation to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves in a similar situation, he has restored my faith in humanity thank you Ian.

These guys deserve a 10 star review, beyond fantastic at what they do and absolute professionals.
