ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I will be forever grateful of learning about reject my car. From start to finish the professionalism and competence was exemplary. After 8 months of being knocked from pillar to post by an extremely difficult car dealer, Ian and the team finally managed to secure a full refund for my vehicle without the need for court proceedings. Ian was my only hope when my Fiat 500 broke down 10 hours after my Warranty expired! I got no guidance from my dealership to get it repaired at a Fiat garage.... so Fiat wouldn't cover the repair, but Ian did get me £250 Good Will for my next service, which I just used. So that helped a lot. Ian is such a nice guy, too. Thanks, Ian!

Can't recommend highly enough. They got us a full refund with a £500 bonus, after our shambolic treatment at the hands of A Famous Car Retailer. Margo and Ian did their best to reassure us throughout the case, and were thorough and comprehensive in their investigations.

(N.B. I was wanting to give it 4*, purely because it took four months to resolve the case and, with Arnold Clark not bothering to provide a company car for their stricken MG, this proved to be a very difficult time for us. But this was through no fault of Reject My Car, and every other review but one is 5*, so it would be churlish to knock a star off for something that was outwith the control of Reject.)

Thought I'd give these a go after seeing a reference to them on a post lovely gentleman called Ian arranged a call back suitable for me and called me promptly waiting to help further as things progress if only I'd heard of them sooner

Where do a start ,,,,, had major problems with a well known car dealer absolutely appalling service from the dealer ,,,, then the this top class outfit got me believing again ,,,,,,, would love to personally thank Margo for all the time and effort and listening to me everyday for winning my case thanks very much Margo your a star

As a previous Land Rover Discovery 5 2.0 Ingenium Engine owner, I had the all too common failed engine issue. After JLR were not particularly helpful and whilst in storage at Listers Droitwich, the car had the also too common windscreen leak causing thousands of pounds of damage. Overall, I was facing bills of close to £20k so contacted Ian and his team for advice too which I was pleased they decided to take on my case as take it to the Finance company.
Mine was a complex case as the Finance company dragged things out and Listers decided at the end to bill for several costs totalling £6k for things like storge of the car whilst off the road etc. Margo at rejectmycar.com pushed this back and got the Finance company to pay this as well as refund me for all costs whilst off the road and allow me to just hand the car back. A great result and huge thanks to Louise, Margo and Ian for the professionalism, determination and help over the past few months to get the desired result. Highly recommend the team!

We bought a brand new motorhome from a well known retailer in Newcastle. On receipt of the vehicle we noticed some very poor workmanship on the roof seals, which we believed would cause water ingress. We rejected the vehicle on those grounds and the retailer refused either a refund or replacement. Getting nowhere with emails and the retailer ceasing communications with us, we hired Ian who took over the case and fought so hard on our behalf to get us a refund. We received a full refund yesterday. I truly believe that without Ian's expert help we would not have had such a good outcome so quickly.
If you have bought a vehicle that has faults and the retailer is not listening to you or refusing to do the lawful thing, call Ian, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am writing this as Ian and his team were nothing short of amazing in dealing with my case, I won’t go into the details of it all, but it did take 7 months in total from when the car malfunctioned to getting the money back from the dealer. Overall I would highly recommend the team at Reject My Car.

I was in the middle of a very troubling experience before I contacted reject my car. I had a car for less that 10 months and I was being quoted over £15k for the repair. But in stepped reject my car. I had heard about them online and decided to contact them, from day 1 the where very clear and open with me and gave me a bit of hope. Sally and Margo who where my main points of contact where amazing at keeping me up to date with the process and told me that if I was patient then there would be an outcome I was happy with and the where 100% correct. Not only was my faulty car returned to the seller but I also received all my money back from the day I purchased the car. I’m so glad to have it all sorted and it is a massive weight off my shoulder thanks to reject my car

I had heard of reject my car on the radio and my brother had also mentioned using them to me too. I had bought a Range Rover Sport and had had the car a total of 15 months. Within the 15 months I had an air compressor fault, burst manifold and then finally the crank shaft went and was a total engine failure. The crank shaft was going to be around £10k-£12k fix.

I submitted my application to reject my car where, Craig had picked my case up. He phoned me and said due to the circumstances they would be willing to take my case on and assured me that they wouldn’t lose the case. He was right.

2 weeks before Christmas this started and I got the news on 3rd April to say the case had been won.

The process was extremely pain free and I can’t thank Craig and his team enough for getting me out of this absolute brutality I’ve been dealing with after purchasing the Range Rover.

Not only did they get me out of my finance agreement and get the car taken away for me they also won a compensation settlement for myself as well.

So bought this car from lexus in Glasgow.the car began to reveal several major faults with 4 of them being mot failures. I rejected the car with the help of trading standards but they refused to engage with us and ignored calls and emails. I discover Reject my car and oh my it all kicks off. Stuck right in they did. My contact at reject craig lamont, was cool calm and collected as he took over the situation.craig was amazing as he got on with the job and gave me constant updates on how things were progressing. Obviously lexus wanted to deny all the faults but craig absolutely knows his stuff and refused to give them an inch.eventually lexus reluctantly folded through the sterling work of craig who had all the answers and left them with nowhere to go but to concede that they did in fact sell a not fit for purpose car to me with little thought for my safety... they will be sorry to ever have heard the name craig lamont the king of protection for customers. He secured me a full refund which never looked possible before he intervened.

I highly recommend Ian, Claire and the Reject My Car team. I bought an Audi Q7 in November, 2022 and have finally had a resolution today. After having a 16 month long battle with the dealership and finance company, the Reject My car team managed to resolve the dispute and get me all my payments plus deposit back! It turns out the car I was sold had a mileage blocker, wiring sensors on the brakes had been cut and taped, AND had been in an accident previously which was not disclosed to me upon sale. I would never have known any of this or been able to exercise my rights and reject the car without having to go to Court if it hadn’t been for the team at Reject My Car. Wow, what can I say about reject my car? After buying a nightmare of a car from a local garage refusing to give me a full refund, being abusive and aggressive towards me. I got in contact with Craig at reject my car who has been absolutely amazing. Craig has managed to get me a refund and took the pressure of me having to deal with the garage. Although there fees are on the high side I am extremely grateful for there help and would reccomend to anyone going through the same as me. Thankyou again Craig

I bought a brand new Jaguar E-pace in June 2019, and long story short, I called in Ian and his team in October of that year. The car was having all sorts of issues, DPF and oil dilution, which are all my fault according to the dealer. Not true, and Reject my car team went to work in November. We had all sorts of pushback from the finance company, the dealer and Jaguar assist warranty, but Ian and his team kept going! We eventually litigated and Robert (The lawyer) joined the case. That was the real start of the journey for me.
These guys are in it for the long haul (if necassery) and will not back down. Being honest, I would have given up the case a while back as a single person taking on all three of these big companies yourself is hard work. But I can see now that this is what they hope for ! Ian and the team kept me motivated and going !
I am pleased to announce that through Reject my car's hard work on my behalf, we have now won our case at the Inner House Appeal court in Edinburgh, and I look forward to resolving my case in the near future.

After going round in circles with Arnold Clark and getting nowhere, I contacted Reject My Car. Louise was my case handler and did a great job for me. The car has now been rejected and I have been reimbursed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I heard about Reject My Car on the radio so thought I would give them a message as the the garage I bought the car from and the finance company sat on my complaint for over 3 months then said we cannot help, Ian and all the team at reject my car were great from start to finish, having a engineer out to my house to examine the car and dealing with the finance company and getting me a full refund for everything I had paid for the car and the money back for the engineer, road tax and insurance, I cannot rate these guys enough in short if you have a problem give them a shout it's the best move I made if I hadn't I would be left with a repair bill of £3500 for a car I had for only 5 months great company and great service. After 6 months back and forward with Arnold Clark and getting no we’re with them i decided to get in touch with reject my car after friend recommended them , can’t thank Craig and Louise enough for all there help got me all my money back from car I bought back in march 2024 , clear communication from themselves and they took care of everything would highly recommend to anyone having issues with there car I am now in better car and better deal all thanks to reject my car for getting me my money back .
