I have the Home Emergency Premier for Landlords insurance with them. I am very disappointed with their service especially when we are in the need services there is nobody answers the call even though the website says 365 days a year 24 hours claims helpline.
My Tenants reported an issue and logged a claim with reactive insurance that radiator is not working on December 20th 2018. Apparently, nobody bothered to call or attend the property to look at it until today. They made so many calls no answer from them, Avoid this company, please.
The Boiler stopped working and we reported that as an emergency as there was no hot water and heating in the property your phone calls diverting to voice mail.
The company don't have empathy to imagine the situation in this cold weather and don't bother to attend the emergency or not even giving us a courtesy call to give an update.

Having looked into what you are saying in your review and having spoken at length with the engineers that were booked to attend, it is clear to us that unfortunately the problems have arisen due to your tenants not answering calls from our engineers trying to arrange access to the property to rectify the heating issues. Obviously they cannot attend without an appointment and despite multiple attempts to contact them they have been unable to book a time. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about this and we have done our best to resolve the problem. If you wish to discuss this matter further please feel free to call us on our Freephone number.

Very quick response to our problem, called at 8:30am with a problem with our heating system. My husband was due out of hospital that day after having heart surgery so warmth was very necessary your engineer arrived within 4 hours sorted the problem and my husband arrived to a warm house.

Your office staff were prompt polite and very efficient. The engineer Gary that you sent on both occasions was most helpful in sorting the problem and explaining what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct it. I would have no problem in recommending your services to anyone.
I would add I will need a service to my boiler early in the new year as per the contract.
