I purchased a vehicle the mileage showing 93,000 when I bought the car home got a new Key made and the dashboard said 200,000 miles I emailed them back they said we can only give you £100 towards your next car absolutely been robbed Miss advertising

Having reviewed this matter, this milage information was provided in the extra information when you had placed a bid on the vehicle, which it is a persons responsibility when placing a bid to ensure that it is the vehicle they wish to bid on, taking into account all details provided.
Used to be a decent place years ago
Used to be a decent place years ago, but now it’s gone downhill badly. Items arrive far more damaged than described, and broken parts are conveniently missing from the photos. Worst experience was buying a motorcycle HPI clear that turned out to be stolen now insurance wants it back and the seller has been zero help dealing with the situation. Customer service avoids responsibility and communication is terrible. Would not trust them again.
I contacted the insurance company, they do hold interest and now wants the motorcycle back and keeps harassing me they won’t change the stolen mark and Raw2k still saying for me to contact them what a joke. I’ll contact solicitors
You guys not assisting me at all, you should take the bike back and deal with them yourself that’s the minimum you could support me with that.
** Same day they blocked my account for no reason and no refund for my membership that I’ve already paid? **

At RAW2K we have been in communication with you and assisted the best we can. You had been advised to communicate direct with the insurance companies as we auction on behalf of the police who advised that the insurance hold no interest.

Shouldn’t have to pay for a collection slot even same day collection should be free… after all we are emptying the yard quickly for you to reorganise.
Not being able to view the vehicle before bidding is very high risk however I appreciate it’s difficult to accommodate the public on such sites as can be dangerous.
I have been charged £50 collection fee on each of my last 2 collections which were collected on the following day. Both more than 24 hours past the auction time.

Incorrect information given about a car, nothing mentioned about structural damage, they only mentioned Start/No drive, what a shame.

If information is not as it states then do email us at Admin@Raw2k.com, so we can look into this. But do note that at time of collection, you are in your full rights to inspect a vehicle and refuse if not as it states.

I had a situation when I was buying a car, but the description of this car did not describe the damage to the right sill, which I had to repair at a high cost, this company does not respond to my messages. I do not recommend buying a car here.
