Good service
Good service got a good car from them but the fees and are a little on the high side come close to what I paid for the car

We are sorry that you feel this way however, you had failed to meet the payment deadline, which is stated within the T&C's that failing to pay in time can lead to an account being suspended and re-enlistment fees being applied if you are bidding on a vehicle, it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to pay the relevant fees within the correct timeframe. The staff are not being rude just explaining the terms you had accepted when bidding.

Car descriptions not acurate- ie sold…
Car descriptions not acurate- ie sold as hpi clear but written off, mileage discrepancies not in the car description, many hidden faults and damages on every car i purchased, increased fees .

We are sorry that you feel this way. At RAW2K we do our upmost to ensure accuracy, as you are aware we do not mechanically inspect any vehicle. Vehicles sold at auction are HPI checked, sometimes companies backdate markers on vehicles which can occur at any moment, this is a risk with any salvage auction. As always at RAW2K we will always do our best to assist where possible.
