The worst UK auction company I have…
The worst UK auction company I have dealt with. Many vehicles are only suitable for scrap, and descriptions are often misleading or inaccurate compared to the actual condition of the cars.
The collection process is also frustrating, with poor communication and difficult appointment scheduling. Overall, a very unfriendly experience compared to other UK salvage auctions.

Bought a transit custom was a good buy but if your a first time buyer like I was I thought it would be better to pick up next day an got a £60 charge for early collection that I wasn’t expecting

Absolute joke of an auction
Absolute joke of an auction, they keep the auction running after the time to bump the price. I complained and they said that wasn't correct. I have just took a video of it... auction ran on by a further 2min to get the price up.

Please note that our auction system includes an automatic extension feature, similar to eBay. If high proxy bidders continue to outbid each other in the closing moments of an auction, the auction can be extended in increments between 10-15 seconds for up to a maximum of 2 minutes.
As you mentioned, the auction continued for approximately 2 minutes, which is the maximum extension period and would not have been extended any further.
For this reason, we always recommend refreshing the page or app during the final seconds of an auction to ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date bidding activity and auction status.

As per the new Terms and Conditions which you have acknowledged it would explain the procedures of the auction. Having reviewed this you are aware of the fees having bought a few vehicles already from auction. Now, charges are being applied from the day the vehicle is won, which is a significant change and places an unfair additional cost on buyers.
I would appreciate an explanation for this change and ask that this policy be reconsidered.

Having reviewed this; It would seem that you had booked the same day collection which incurs a fee of £50+VAT within the same 24 hrs period from payment. If you would like to email admin@raw2k.com then we can explain this further but this is listed within the Terms and Conditions.

RAW2K is exactly what you should expect from an honest auction. No tricks by the experienced traders to force you to buy a hidden disaster. You should only pay attention to the information and avoid obvious crap. Staff is friendly, service reliable. However customer communication lack direct numbers to interact with in case your plans have changed and I would not punish customers who came earlier to collect the car, they clear your space for other income stock, why punishing them applying the same penalty as for the laisy guys who delay the collection?

Thank you for your review! RAW2K is an online platform, which our emails are monitored throughout the working day from Monday to Friday. If anything needs to be amended for a collection then we would advise to email at the soonest. We do not see it as a penalty to collect early but as per the T&C's if booked within the same 24 hrs from payment then a fee would be incurred. If not collected within a period of time then late fees would be applied but do communicate via email with our staff as we will always try and be reasonable.

Best auction site in the UK in my opinion.
This auction site describes cars as is. Their descriptions are always clear. I have been buying cars from them and never been disappointed.
Their collection procedure is always very smooth. The guys at Falkirk are my favourite. Top guys. Great auction site with reasonable site fees.

MB and his back door staff (no…
MB (Director) and his back door staff (no pun intended) do not take responsibility for anything. I hired a driver to collect two bikes, one from Walsall the other from Preston on the same day. Driver arrived at Walsall to collect and was told to pay storage and same day collection Totalling £250. He relayed the message. I got in touch with their online staff who at first appeared helpful, however, after explaining my late collection was due to ill health, I was expecting them to understand. Afterall, my driver was there to collect to make additional room for them.
At first, I told them I could not afford the storage charges on the day and would have to reject the lots. However, my driver was wiling to pay on my behalf. all payment attempts failed as their internal server was experiencing issues according to staff on site. At this point, my driver had been there three hours and was expecting a full days pay.
I mailed through to explain the situation. To my surprise, I got a rude reply telling me I was to expect a refund, lots removed from account and account suspended indefinitely.
After several email exchanges with MB and SW (account manager), retained their decision to permanently suspend my account. I have now commenced legal proceedings to claim expenses incurred paying out my driver.

As you are aware of the procedures of RAW2K, when a vehicle is won at auction, individuals have to make a booking which is when you would make payment as well. You are not able to just turn up at sites to make a payment and then collect as you are well aware. We have set procedures to which were not followed by yourself in this matter. Unfortunately, this has resulted in the suspension of your account.
