My account has been suspended because you guys offered me a car after the original winner didn’t want the car so I lost the auction but still got offered the car I agreed to £2000 total including fees which you guys didn’t hear me out as a Custsmer and just added to my account I agreed to 2k total not over further more you guys offered me the car and didn’t listen to what I was saying and added it without me fully agreeing

We apologise for the confusion with this, an automated response in regards to the rejection of the bid. To clarify you had bid £2000 and sent an underbid offer. The fees would not be included in the £2000. It would have been £2000 plus fees.

Infact it was a piece off crap
They take bad photos and give a crap description
Payed 2300 for it and it needed another 1000 spent on it
Can buy a used one in good condition way cheaper

Bike had undisclosed major damage. Tried to contact you, got nothing back. I will be resubmiting my complaint and uf I don't hear back i will make a claim through small claims court.
**Further to my 1 star review, i finally got my money back. I have only given you 3 stars as it took a number of emails and a threat of court to do it.

Some matters will take time as all information is required to be reviewed, it is important to note at time of collection individuals are able to inspect vehicles and if not as it states able to reject a vehicle as per the T&Cs. We are sorry you have had this experience. Our vehicles are sold as not mechanically inspected as it is a salvage auction. During collection you are able to inspect a vehicle prior to taking the vehicle off site. Pretty good
I’ve bought a good few vehicles and bikes from Shildon branch and to be honest I’ve made more money flipping cars bought there rather than at BCA . My only few gripes is the use of the forklift and a lot of the vehicles have had splashes of concrete on them due to the building work going on there . Also not all the vehicles are sold on behalf of the police which it states in the listing which is a bit of false advertising which they need to sort before someone mentions it to trading standards.

Last few cars have all had major faults that could easily have been picked up via the basic checks done.
Water leaks
Over heating
Power steering fluid leaks
Bodywork damage undisclosed
Getting to the point where I think it’s being done on purpose. Don’t think we will be using this auction much longer
