It was bad this time lost the key card put sum money back to me but didn't get it it went in to my account for the next time i biy and mite be years so that is no good

I win a car at auction, I pay for the car within the payment period, and then I can't pick up the car because they're going to give it back to the previous owner. From the moment the car goes to auction, if the former owner wants the car, they have to buy it at auction.

This purchase was good but my purchase before this was atrocious, contacted Raw2k and they could not give a dam,the car was completely not as described, when I went to collect the vehicle had been totally taped,wing mirrors missing engine had been abused to the extent it needed a replacement, parts removed and panels to the interior left dismantled,supplied evidence as in the pictures on the auction that had been taken,when I went to collect the car visually it was trashed so I informed Raw 2k and they just fobbed me off,beware when collecting as this company couldn't give a dam and have no duty of care whatsoever

You guys are the lowest type of customer service. May be you thought l was a drug dealer. You guys played so much games it brought a shame to the hype of biding and the term itself. When the time stroke to 0 and l was still wining then l won not l did not see any higher bids on a Range Rover my life depend on, l know you will think am joking. I was homeless in a 2005 BMW 6 series l bought from you guys and next to me was my 2008 Ford transit T90. I could not get the wiring loom so l was stuck l could not pick up the Caravan l was gifted and l had about 2 gifted caravan to pick so l will have a nice time but you guys refuse to give me my wining. I ended losing my BMw and the truck. It happend again when l won Lexus 2008 2 weeks ago. Thos one was special. You can say F you written all over it. The count down bid got to zero then start from 7 about 2 time then again no bids was annoyed then l was told l did win it. So you want w review to see how to better yourself lol what about me getting a 2012 Range Rover as compensation, then l will say you really turn leave from banter mind establishment.

The picture of my purchase clearly shows the 4th wheel underneath the car, but when the transport came to collect the vehicle the wheel was missing. I contacted you through text message and you said nothing can done. The truck driver sent pictures of the wheel under the car before he left. I thought I was purchasing a car with 4 wheels like in the picture if I knew it was a 3 wheeled car I either wouldn’t have bought it or bided lower. It shouldn’t be down to the transport company to track down missing items he was waiting for the car for over 2hrs had already been paid and just wanted to get off to his next job. In the future I shall be looking somewhere else and wouldn’t recommend to others!

Advised correctly as other car auctions wrongly advertise vehicles are check and if any issues are mentioned only thing that has upset me I run a car garage due to that I cant personally go and collect vehicle i was given a warning because the transport company drove the vehicle out and loaded it out the yard only because it was very busy inside
