at time of sale closing the price was…
at time of sale closing the price was different from what the screen said and my page was refreshing never nad this before and i use multiple auction sites so this is unacceptable

After review - You had been advised that you had placed the highest proxy bid within the auction for this vehicle. You were being outbid at your previous placed bid and because of that the other bidder had placed a bid just under your proxy winning bid the final outcome was that your high proxy bid was your winning bid.

Raw 2 k I would never recommend ever. The way the cars are handled is appalling, I brought a vehicle for them to damage it with a forklift. For them then to offer £50 to compensate. I refused and they had to take the vehicle back.

After reviewing this matter you are able to inspect vehicles prior to collecting and taking off site and rejecting for a refund as per the T&C's. This matter is being resolved and you are receiving a full refund regarding this. You had been offered credit as per the amount paid for the vehicle as a gesture of goodwill. Our staff have been extremely accommodating trying to resolve this for you.

I bid a car ,won it and all details been send to me.
I didn't pay attention where the car was stored and my collection slot vanished.
Whatever they give me another slot on right compound and make the collection happen even if was my fault.
Also all details regarding the car was spot on.

Of all the sites I've used Raw2k are trust worthy, I can depend on their truthful descriptions, of items. No false enhancement. I rely on their unbias analysis to make my decisions and to date Raw2k has not failed me.

Having reviewed this matter, an email had been received stating that you no longer wanted the vehicle. You had explained further as to why and no reenlistment fee was charged. A refund will be with you at 1730 hrs today (7/7/26) as advised within the email.
