The product came quick even with it being a black Friday purchase! Absolutely love these radios, sent them out with my workers to try them and they can't believe how well they work! Ties that bind
I set up a group with myself, my wife and my sister-in-law in another state. Our phone system goes down at the most in opportune times. Our radio provides the back up we need to insure communication now and for the unpredictable future. Members of an America government group are seeing this now as a secure back up to our existing LTE network and will join my group but as a separate group tying me to them but not them to my existing members.

Their email responses are incredibly fast and helpful, even on a Sunday. I had a response in minutes from Erika for my renewal of the SIM card on 4 radios and was able to renew all 4 at the same time instead of inputting each of the IMEI codes. I know they advertise no monthly charges, but the $50 renewal fee is no big deal, and the radios work great, crystal clear..

Great Product for the Price!
We bought the hand held radios for our harvesting crew and these radios worked all the way from Texas to North Dakota and I could hear our crew from home base in North East Nebraska! Plus the warranty on these radios is very good! We haven’t had any issues at all with these radios! Very good product for the price!!!!

I first purchased two radios. They worked excellent in the USA. We too a trip to Europe which included a transatlancic cruise. We paid the additional fee and used the abroad. Rapid Radios Do The Job Very Well!
Rapid Radios are wonderful! My wife and I work from home at opposite ends of the house we used to use either GMRS or even FRS to communicate breaks and lunches and short chit-chat throughout the day. Even when using privacy codes GMRS/FRS is vulnerable to anyone with a radio or scanner who can listen in.
Rapid Radios use AES-256 military-grade end-to-end encryption with no data storage, only direct audio streams, which means it’s extremely difficult and unlikely for eavesdroppers due to strong encryption.
I have one in my truck and surprisingly the sound clarity is superb. Coming home from a road trip, I noticed the USB plug had wires exposed. All it took was an email on my way home and before I arrived, Patsy had already emailed me an invoice for $5.99 which I paid and expect to receive my new power chord in a few days. I highly recommend Rapid Radios to anyone who values private communications and stellar service!
