I would love to rate the product, but I never received my order. Climafy claimed they were not responsible, the shipping company was so but Climafy refused to submit a claim so I could be reimbursed. Screwed me for $296.00.
They don't deserve a 1 star, need a negative rating.

Do Not Buy! It is a scam to get you to buy something that will not work only to find out you will be responsible for paying shipping, Customs and any other fees to send this awful product. They will not refund you any money and the customer service is very disappointing and will not care about the customers expenses nor their product.

Very good experience and I loved it

Bought the item in August 2025. Worked ok the couple of times we turned it on. Tried it again a couple of days ago and now it smells like something is burning.

Contacted the company by email (as that is the only way to get a hold of them) only to be told that there is nothing they can do for us as they are out of stock and they want us to send them a video. How do you send a video of something that has a burning smell.

No refund no nothing. Now we are out $230.00 CAD

This is a scam. Stay away. These people are just ripping people off with crap products and then they refuse to return the money. These people should be arrested and prosecuted for stealing people's money.

Terrible item terrible service. Lost my £127 plus £38 postage. Item doesn't work well. Should not be advertised in UK as its standard is appalling. Blows hot air and is noisy. Complete misrepresentation as the adverts say how quiet and effective it is. Be warned people! They’ll give you a return address, authorise the return but then send it back to you with no refund 3 months later. Wish there was someone I can report them to.

The item sent was an absolute piece of garbage. It did not work as advertised. I did request a return refund as advertised again. This item was sent back to them as addressed and confirmed by them to China. After four months of tracking this package, it was returned back to me stating the addressed never claimed the package. I have reached out to them and now they state it has been too long and they cannot provide a refund. Absolute scam.

This scam of an air conditioner doesn't even deserve 1 star! So ashamed for buying it, it is a little piece of garbage. Weighs about 8 or 10 ounces, puts out practically NO air and certainly not cool! Have tried and tried to contact through their channels, emails all returned, no working phone. Now my credit card company has denied a charge back, so I flushed $159.99. This is not right, beware!!

Echoing all previous experiences... and would provide a 0 star if possible.

I am out of pocket by nearly £300 - which includes the shipping fees back to China on the promise of receiving a refund. No refund ever received despite many many emails chasing this up - to be told "it was processed on the 3rd Sept" - although they could not back that up with evidence or a transaction number.

I've raised a claim with my bank - I've also reported them to the national online cyber-crime organisation, ASA advertising standards, and Trading Standards. Totally shocking - avoid at all costs.

I purchased the Climafy and found that, in reality, it's a HEATER!! AND it is also controlled by the TV remote!!! The company did NOT refund my money after paying $70 to ship the cheaply made piece of garbage back to CHINA!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

This company is to be avoided at all costs. Like many others, I was totally dissatisfied with the delivered product and on contacting them got the "Final Sale" response. I eventually got an offer of a 30% refund and to keep the goods. They only offered a full 100% refund once I had got PayPal involved. However they insisted that I return the goods for the full refund. I sent the goods back by courier but shortly afterwards received several emails from the courier informing me that Climafy were refusing to pay additional import charges. They have used this excuse to claim they have not received the goods and subsequently refused to make the refund. To make matters worse, PayPal have found in their favour as they claim I have not honoured the agreement to return the goods. I have left a similar review about PayPal and will never use them again.

Total scam of a company. The goods arrived from China not local as suggested. It was damaged and wrong voltage. Was told to return at my own expense and told the following:
Once the item has been received and inspected at our facility, we'll proceed with processing your refund promptly in accordance with our return policy. We'll notify you as soon as the return is completed. ,- which I did and then heard nothing. when i contacted them they said NO REFUND against their policy. Do not fall for their scam

Scam!! Product not as described and promised, very poor quality also. I emailed them and was told this has been a special Deal therefore no refund, this is a scam

Item not was expected, asked to return with the return form they provided at my expense, then told wouldn't get any refund because it was a sale item.no complaints department.so no item,no refund and the cost of sending it back . disgraceful service

Do not buy this equipment. It is crap!

I have returned my items for a refund and the fraudulent toads have just ignored me.

This is a scam! False claim and advertisement. The website claims it will cool a room so fast and 60 days money back guarantee but all lies. Bought mine last Aug and can’t even cool my room size of a bathroom. For me to get credit, I have to send it back to Netherlands which doesn’t accept the return items. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH!!!

If there was a zero star, I would give it. It’s a total scam. The product doesn’t work and they will never return or exchange. Watch out!

Sent the wrong item (wrong plug) and offered no return/ refund . Now I have a poorly made over priced item I cannot use.

anyone giving more than a one star review must belong to the company. item is garbage a small no power fan. 60 day guarantee that they will not honor. total scam hoping american express will look at the issue. definitely contacting BBB.
