2 Generators in 8 months. This one is a replacement because the first one didn’t work. Never used it until today because of a brief power outage. Tried to charge my cell phone and got nothing. It went from 100% to 0 in 5 minutes. And it never charged my phone. Because I had no power, I used the solar panels to try and charge the generator. That worked but again the charge didn’t hold and I still couldn’t charge my cellphone. The power finally came back on so I tried to charge it with the cord. It started to ramp up but then climbed back down to 0.

This company should be called 4Idiots. They openly exploit the term "patriot" to get weak minded people to purchase their low quality products for ten times the value. Skip this company and let the low IQ MAGA group support them.

On March 28, 2026 i ordered the 3 boxes food get 2 free. The number three gave me was 219256, the order went through then kicked out without me knowing. Then again after I figured something was wrong I logged in on April 5 gave me number 989071, tried same order again as since order was kicked out they gave me money back. Why was order kicked out twice? I really want that order. Im A veteran , and i regular order from them. Was it because I was going to make monthly payments? I'm so frusterated.

Have been trying to buy a Generator package for almost 2 weeks now, plenty of money on my bank card (MC), but THEIR credit card system refuses to accept it and the Bank says it’s on this companies website. The sales rep even said that others have been turned away because of this “GLITCH” in their system, so I guess I won’t be buying from this company, unfortunately

All orders that I have placed have arrived in a timely manner and with all items ordered. The selections are various and attractive. I have compared prices and find 4Patriots to beat most. I am glad that I will be able to feed my family in the event of a serious emergency.

The customer service is great; everyone I've spoken to has been super friendly and helpful. I've purchased food, filtered water merchandise and gadgets such as flashlights, arc lighters fire starters, etc. as well as heirloom seeds. I've had some of the food and it's fine. The way I figure it is, if we are in a situation that we're preparing for, we'll be grateful to have anything. I don't expect to have all the lights on if we don't want to be noticed. Life will be significantly different. If SHTF we're going to have to learn to fend for ourselves. This prep food won't last forever. It's just to give us time to relearn the "old ways."

I have ordered food and equipment from 4Patriots. The food that I have sampled has been good. The service has been great--any problems with an order has been handled quickly. The classes they offer are truly helpful.
My preparedness consultant is friendly and responsive.

Taste & price for chocolate shake mix which I purchased a case years ago, recently purchased single bags of shake mix at just under $2 a bag which is ridiculously cheap but you should advertise it's a few years old but I personally am happy as it's such a good deal.

Received my sample pack of the 4Patriots Emergency Food Bars. I wanted to try it, that’s why I got the sample package. Too bad you don’t have a sample single pack (1 bar) or double pack (2 bars), not nine bars. It would be less wasteful if someone doesn’t like them, but maybe that’s the plan of 4Patriot so you can’t return any of the opened packages.
I struggled trying to get the thing opened. The man on the video made it look easy. IT WAS NOT. There needs to be a better way to open it without cutting the top. And once opened, there needs to be a better way to seal it. I ended up putting the rest in a zip lock bag. And how long is it supposed to last when it’s not airtight?? Even food in zip lock bags don’t last.
I smelled the contents which are to be lemon flavored, barely a hint of lemon. Taking a bite of one of these bars, it was granulated and was like biting into a vague piece of packed flour or sawdust. It was crumbly, didn’t taste lemony. So, in my opinion, they taste terrible. I had to drink water to get it down.
I guess in an emergency and that’s all you had, then that’s what there is to eat. It took me well over half a day just to try and eat maybe half of one piece. I couldn’t finish the other 1/3. I’d like to return it, but like anything else, it’s already been opened. So, there went the sample price of $9.98. Geez, 2¢ shy of being $10 bucks all but wasted.
I ordered the survival food a year ago in a couple of the totes. I tried the oatmeal last summer. Tasted terrible, and if you’re one person, now we have to figure out how to divvy out portions. Again there’s no way to seal those envelopes. I think 4Patriot needs to figure out a way to possibly do individual packets so there’s less wasted. And the cost is on the high side. If real chefs have prepared this food, it should have some flavor to it. I haven’t gotten around to trying any of the other food which I should try, and then I’ll write a review on anything I try.
4Patriots needs to provide senior discounts on food as well as discounts on the generators. I saw someone else on a review make that same comment. These are expensive and then made in China?? Who can afford them, and I don’t mean by spreading out payments for a year. After reading tons of reviews, I’m feeling disheartened.
And I don't want to hear from 4Patriot that they are sorry I was unhappy about what I ordered or tried. DO BETTER IN THE NAME OF THE USA AND OUR VETERANS.
I should send you the list of all the contents that I received in the 5 totes. The number of oatmeal packages outdoes everything else, as does the rice. Who packs these things?

My experience, so far, with 4Patriots has been great. Their customer service is helpful and caring. I will admit that I have not used any item other than the solar fridge and the power bank. I have received several Food items from the company and they seem palatable (I usually consume the dried bananas immediately!). And the bite sized pasries are very tasty. I cannot comment on the generators, etc. because I do not have one. I did just purchase A Back-up Buddy and I trust it will work properly when I set it up shortly. I have no complaints, really, and I am surprised at the dissatisfaction expressed by other customers. Of course, dissatisfied customers tend to comment more readily than satisfied customers. Terrible customer service. Can not talk to a real person. Have no idea why my product has never been shipped. I have an invoice showing payment received.

Impossible to communicate with them. No answer on customer service line. And emails are auto generated, saying they will get back to me". Finally called my bank to dispute the order since they refuse to communicate. Really unprofessional! ALSO...products and ingredients come from China. Based off no contact from them, I would say they are a scam!

I ordered four (4) of the 4Patriots Power Cell CX. Not one (NOT 1!) of them will fully recharge using solar energy. Plug them into a wall charger, they work great, but trying to recharge solar only does NOT work.

Although I haven't purchased the Silver Star Package, just going off the Solar Energy Generator. The description claims it can handle up to 60 watts of electricity. That equals .5 Amps. The website claims you can run your refrigerator, typically most fridges draw somewhere between 100-300 watts that equates to approximately 1.8 to 2.5 amps. That will severely overload the generator. Although i like the idea of the compact system you would not be able to run your fridge and other electrical components. Too bad

Can I say, I have never had a company these days go beyond the mark for customer service. 4Patriots is not only a company with amazing products but recently I had a significant issue with an order. They immediately stepped up and took care of it in a way that I have never seen before. They were honest and helpful and I couldn't be a more loyal customer. Thank you for all you do!

I wrote a prior review regarding the lack of response from this company. Have you tired calling them to be put on hold for an extended time? Then they allow you to leave a message so they can call you back. We'll call you back. So you call them back and get put on hold again. The circle never ends. During my last review, they responded to the review by informing me to leave a phone number so they could call me back. So, after a few days,, I received an email reply to give them a call. I would strongly suggest you stay away from doing business with this company. The lack of customer service is astounding. I will not do any business with this company. They had a chance and showed how they treat customers.

Their products are purchased in China - totally ridiculous. I will never buy anything from this unpatriotic company again.

As advertised an emergency meals. None of them do you any good if you don't have a ton of extra water and a way to cook them. I thought the meals in the kits would be able to eat without extended cooking.

Don't buy from these people crooks,had a flashlight malfunction, 3 solar power packs,swelled up and split in half,now my solar powered fridge throws a F2 code and won't work anymore,had to Google on line because owners manual doesn't give a solution to problem,wouldn't replace flashlight,wouldn't replace power cells and not even gonna ask about fridge,wasted my money on these crooks,trust me iam a survivlist and a prepped for over 35 yrs, there products suck

Recently I purchased my third solar generator. The 2200X which is now being discontinued.
