All of the staff at Chester Rd Sunderland are very helpful and pleasant.
I was nervous and embarrassed when I went in to porn my watch. I had never been in a porn shop before, but a very nice lady called Sandra made me feel at ease and guided me through the process. I have just been in to redeem my watch and Sandra wished me all the best.

I use the Shop in the Forge in GLASGOW SCOTLAND. The Staff are good & very Helpful. Neil Doherty .

Lauren and Aaron at Ramsdens in Poole, Dorset were very polite, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Staff are great, friendly and helpful.
Everything is explained clearly and dealt with efficiently.

The staff are kind helpful the service is quick and honest the buy back prices increase slowly and I like that I save money for buying back early. Just the best pawnbrokers I've found that even though I get more for pawning at h and t I come back to ramsdens because I pay less for the return and the staff are better. I'm in and out.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff at the Chatham branch, always ready to guide me through paperwork and give advice, competitive interest rates too.

Customer service is outstanding; they provide detailed explanations and ensure you are fully aware of the repayment timeline.

The staff in the Haverfordwest branch are always friendly, discreet and knowledgeable, I’ve never had anything less than a first class experience there and I have recommended them to several people in the last few years.

Alan and his team are polite and welcoming. They are genuinely there to help and do what they can to make the experience and transactions as friendly and easy as possible for customers. Trustworthy and flexible within reason. Paperwork kept simple and easy to understand. Quick and easy which is the important for me

As you can imagine to have things in pawn is distressing I was served with compassion and left with my head held high would be eternally grateful for this service in my time of need thankyou
