H&T Pawnbrokers Anmeldelser

What an amazing team. I needed to sell some collectable items so I called first to find out if I needed an appointment. The young lady answering the phone was polite well mannered and informative. When I visited store the team quickly assessed my items and gave me a more than fair price. They set out the process and clarified at each step making sure i understood and if i had questions. Highly recommended. William was friendly and efficient processing everything super fast and the young lady (sorry old age memory) worked quickly in the background assisting automatically. The whole team were friendly and professional. Thank you

I came here for a personal reason and was given
nothing but love and understanding. The staff are worth the weight in gold.

Excellent service. Helpfull

Helen at west road store is always very helpful and helps me get best prices when i bring my gold in

Bought online and super happy with my gold chain. Description should of said 'very good' instead of 'good' as it's like new, I stopped buying jewellery first hand as it's far too expensive that's why I like H&T so much. Ta for the box it came in - also love your Reading branch as well

Absolutely brilliant experience. So easy . I had a broken gold necklace to sell and it was no problem whatsoever. Adele was amazing. Once I’d had the legitimate checks ( which I'm glad of as you never know ) and my identity verified I was given a figure I was more than happy with. Definitely be back . 👍👍

Nicole and Hanna were amazing, explained everything properly, what I really appreciated is they are very empathetic as it could be hardnto sell or pawn something that has a lot of sentimental value, in my case my father's ring, and they gave me an option to buy it back what is amazing as I thought I will never seen it again.

Thank you so so much

Don’t buy a watch from them. Waste of time paid and confirmed 11pm then cancel order 24 hours later claiming watch sold in store at the same time when all shops clearly shut at that time. They just lie, will never buy watch from them again. Awful business practice.

Everything is great

Used H&T a few times for exchanges and always been a pleasant experience. Peter helped me on this occasion along with Kerry. Only positive things to say and always treated me well.

Duke street shop! The staff in there were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. Thanks very much

Fantastic customer service from the ladies here, especially Jenny who was very helpful and did the best she could for what we needed. Will definitely be returning in future :)

My name is shelly
I was in the hamilton store on Friday. I had help from a lovely woman called jillian and also a lovely woman called Nicole they were absolutely fantastic they are a credit to the store (they both deserve a pay rise) they made my day i cant thank them both enough 🥰

Excellent service at the Rochdale branch..
Stacey & Hayley were really lovely, very friendly .. and very helpful

The best service ever from the ladies in Sunderland store Michelle, Christine and Marie was so friendly helped me find the perfect item

I visited the Gateshead branch today and both Sarah and Jess assisted me in getting a quote for my verawang wedding and engagement rings. They were very understanding of the value of the rings and sent away for a valuation due to the brand. They were so helpful and friendly, ensuring I knew what options I had and giving me peace of mind when selling. They couldnt have made me feel more at ease and welcome in store. Honestly the nicest customer service Ive received and would 100% recommend your branch especially because of these women. Fantastic service.
