I got the panda smiley rain poncho and was so disappointed to see that in all the white spots it was extremely see-through. From the pictures on the website there is no way of knowing how see-through it is and there is nothing written in the description regarding this, so it is very misleading.

I wanted to return it, but did not think was is fair that I should pay the postage fees, since I would have kept it, if the white was not see-through.

So I wrote the customer service and got completely ignored. At a loss I wrote the return email and got a response, that ignored most of my message and only gave me an address to return it to.

I still think it is unacceptable that the poncho is that see through, and that I have to pay the fee to get rid of the faulty product and get my money back.

So pleased with this purchase!
Wore it recently at a festival, where the rain was absolutely torrential & constant for two days.....this kept me totally dry!
Lots of people commented on it, and it does look great. My boyfriend is now going to buy one too.

Ordered on 10th July. It took one week to receive delivery today (which was within their 3-5 working day timeframe).
I was a bit angsty due to reviews here that it wasn’t going to arrive and also because the order/tracking link was coming up with nothing (even on the day it was delivered).

But all in all, it did arrive and I’m thrilled with it!! Really fab colours and design. I used it today on a hike with my kids and it covered up my backpack too so I stayed totally dry in the rain (summer in ireland!!)

Kids want their own now so I will definitely order again.

Knocked off a star because of the lack of ability to track.

I ordered two ponchos for a festival, they arrived in three days, well packaged. There were issues with the ponchos, but I contacted Rainkiss immediately and got an answer within a few days, offering a replacement at no fee to me.

I am very satisfied with my experience with them (Thank you Nikki!) and would definitely recommend. The ponchos are stylish and we got many compliments. They also are roomy enough to have a backpack underneath.

So I wrote a review the other day, saying that Rainkiss had sent my friend a pair of shorts not the poncho that was ordered. Since then I am very happy to say they have contacted me and sent out the poncho. I also have one if they’re ponchos and I love it. Every time I wear it people are always asking me where I got it. Also if you are travelling to Bali, the poncho is a must.

Rainkiss did not deliver two ponchos, does not answer my email request and the amount of EUR 142,20 is not being refunded. Worst customer experience ever.

Update 26.07.2023: 2 weeks later still no response, no ponchos, no refund. All communication has been forwarded to Nikki. In case my emails go to Rainkiss spam folder, the order number is 53421.

Update 31.07.2023: The ponchos finally arrived, without any communication.

UPDATE 01/08/2023: Rainkiss responded to my emails and issued a refund advising of an administrative oversight (a week after review due to lack of resolution for 3 months attempted via customer service as per below) I have no product review as I never received the product but I am hopeful that they will do as they say they will and I will see my complementary raincoats one day.

I placed an order on 30/03/2023 which I have not received. I enquired where my order is and was told to check with my local carrier. My local carrier identified that the item had not left Europe (I'm not in Europe) and I asked Rainkiss for assistance or a refund but they seem to be ignoring my emails and have not responded.

Franchement je ne comprends pas le nombre d'étoiles, site très sérieux, Nikki est à votre écoute et a toujours une solution. J'ai reçu mon pancho il est super! Beau couvrant comme sur la photo! Faites confiance. ,

Ordered a poncho on the 16/05/2023, it still has not arrived as of 28/05/2023 so I messaged to ask where it was. They replied saying their warehouse had miscounted stock and there were no more in that design available to send out. They have now given a refund but the fact that I had to chase a warehousing error on their end to get my refund speaks volumes about customer service!

Maandag besteld, orderbevestiging ontvangen en een week later nog geen verzendbevestiging. Website geeft aan dat verzending binnen Nederland doorgaans 1 of 2 werkdagen duurt. 2 keer gemaild naar de klantenservice en nog geen antwoord. Erg teleurgesteld. Wilde het als cadeautje geven maar zal niet op tijd binnen zijn.

I really wanted to love this and have fantasised about buying this expensive poncho for years. Finally got it and don’t get me wrong — I love the recycling aspect and the waterproofing will be useful . But this doesn’t look like the photos because it is as wrinkled as a walnut. Very very wrinkled. Wonder how they got it to look so good in the photos?

Thanks for the reply- I will try your suggestions. I did try an iron with steam on low- with a towel on top. Then I turned up the heat with the steam and towel but could not get the wrinkles out. It will keep me dry though so that’s what counts. I will try hanging it in the bathroom.

Excellent customer service from Nikki who quickly resolved my return issue. Absolutely love the poncho I kept, thank you very much! I shall be purchasing again!

It took a month to receive my orden in Spain but I think I will enjoy my poncho for a long time. I love the pattern and I the way it can be kept in its own pocket.

Je ne peux malheureusement pas juger la qualité du poncho car après une commande effectuer il y a deux semaines, je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
Service client qui répond épisodiquement.
Par contre mon paiement a été encaissé dans retard !

I bought one of theirs great ponchos as a gift for a birthday. No regret, it's perfect.
There was a shipment problem that made me buy another one so I could have it on time. But the customer service was very nice and did the refund quickly with no discussion (thanks to Nikki ;-).

Great customer service, I have had my Rainkiss for over a year now. I'm a support worker so I'm out in all weather and this is one of the best purchases I've been gifted. My poncho sprung a leak and I emailed customer service to find out if I could waterproof it,Nikki was absolutely fantastic,a couple of emails and she was sending me a new poncho out. No fuss,no hassles. Amazing as I wasn't looking for a replacement.

It's HUGE even with my coat underneath. I am 5'7" and 155 lbs this could fit someone twice my size. It is long and for full coverage needs is good, but it's too big to be practical. The extra material will wrap around my legs when wet.

Perfect. Quick delivery and poncho really nice.

Zeer goedkope kwaliteit, wat een miskoop! Niks verzwaring in de zoom of een manier om de onderkant op z'n plaats te houden waardoor onmogelijk te gebruiken op de fiets want waait gewoon omhoog. Ik snap de positieve reviews niet..zijn die gekocht ?

This poncho was advertised to me multiple times, I was drawn to the practical aspect of it. Ladies on their bikes in the rain. Thats me! Due to my new job, about 30 minutes by bike away from my home, I decided; okay, 80,- is a lot of money, but if it keeps me dry and comfortable, sure. Of course I didnt expect to be 100% dry when it rains, but at least 60%, right? The poncho came quickly (I think it was during late summer that I ordered) and stayed in its package for a while. Until the last couple of weeks. Whenever it rained I thought 'great! This is what I bought my poncho for.' But each time I was dissapointed by the way I arrived at my job. No matter how I put the poncho on, it has a huge flaw! No matter how I put it on, it rides up and all the water it catches lands on my pants. Which results each time in wet jeans, socks and shoes when I arrive at work. In that way its exactly the same at a 5,- poncho, unfortunately. If you buy this project for cycling I would advise you to buy some rain pants elsewhere and a good raincoat. If you go to festivals this is very nice to wear. But its up to you if you want an 80,- poncho on a festival.
