I bought a tote bag, the herringbone. It arrived super quick and have been using it lot. Perfect for my laptop and water resistant. I carry it with me everywhere on my bike. Perfect purchase, would 100% recommend.

Étanchéité ne dure que 2 ANS !
J'aurais aimé savoir avant de dépenser 80 euros dans une cape de pluie, que ce produit ne tient pas plus de 2 ans en étanchéité. Je l'ai acheté il y a 3 ans et voilà plusieurs mois que je sens beaucoup d'humidité lors de mes courts trajets en vélo. J'ai échangé avec la marque qui me dit "nos produits ne tiennent pas plus de 2 ans". Cela devrait être mentionné sur leurs fiches produits. C'est honteux au prix auquel ce produit est vendu. Aucune transparence de la part de Rainkiss.
Terrible customer service
Items are very expensive for what they are and were way too big for me despite website saying they should fit me. Decided to return them but could not get any response from customer service before or after returning. I felt like they were ignoring me so that I would end up just keeping them. I had to escalate to PayPal in the end to get my money back. I wouldn’t shop here again, the service is so poor.
The item is fine
The item is fine, but the customer service trying to exchange it for the correct size is appalling. I followed the instructions for returning 2 child ponchos to exchange for the larger size child ponchos, which cost me $20 to return mind you, and they have not responded to any email I have sent inquiring, and I haven’t been refunded either. I’m so deeply frustrated and appalled at their service. Currently it is theft as I have no ponchos and they still have my money.
Onjuiste info levertijd
Heel jammer dit. Levertijd zou 1-2 werkdagen zijn bij bestelling in Nederland. Maar nu naar 4 dagen is de bestelljng nog niet eens het magazijn uit. Ik heb geen update meer ontvangen (na de bestembevestiging), er staat geen telefoonnummer op de site en op mijn mail wordt niet gereageerd. Nu moet ik op vakantie ergens een poncho op de kop te zien tikken.

I bought a raincoat. It was over 100 euro. It arrived and it feels cheap and plasticky so I want to return. Website says to contact the email address with reason why and order number and they will be happy to advise how to return.
I've contacted numerous times and no reply. I haven't been able to return yet. You only have 14 days and I feel like they are doing this to prevent having to issue a refund.
Edit to add I finally got a reply about how to refund and I sent it back nearly a month ago by registered post and nothing from them despite emails being sent. The reviews saying the customer service is excellent must be employees being paid to write them because there's no way. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and their product is cheap tat. In the meantime I've bought a beautiful, stylish coat from Ra**s. Worth every penny unlike these gangsters.

The customer care is really kind and available to solve any problems! My pocho has been lost by courier and immediately they gave me another one for free! Super!!!
Great Customer Service
I contacted Rainkiss about an issue and received a quick, friendly and very fair response. The process was uncomplicated and left me with a lot of trust in the brand.
The ponchos are simply the best – beautifully long, with a large hood and perfect for cycling.
I’m very happy and would definitely recommend Rainkiss
Order not sent and no response from customer service
Unfortunately I haven't received my poncho. I contacted customer service to check what happened with my order but no response. Poor customer service and wouldn't recommend to no others.
No customer service…
I made a mistake with my shipping address as the system automatically filled it in from a previous order. I tried to contact the company in three different ways: by email, through their website and via Instagram. They do not provide any phone number to reach them.
After five days with no response, I finally received a brief reply stating that there was nothing they could do. By then, of course, the parcel was already gone. I am now in the wrong country and unable to receive my order.
This is worse than poor customer service—there is effectively no customer service at all.
*** Just a little update about the situation. Nothing have been done to help me.

I ordered an anorak on 10th October but it wasn’t despatched so after I emailed them they said they’d send again. I’ve since emailed twice and heard nothing so I’m now having to go through my bank to claim the money back! It’s a shame, I was so looking forward to receiving this.
Beware
I had exactly the same experience as another poster. I ordered an anorak on the 3rd October was told a week later that it was lost in the post and that another order would be put in and a new tracking link would be sent. It’s now the 23rd October and I have received no tracking link or any further correspondence when I have tried again to reach out.
I’ll now be going through my credit card to claim my money back as it’s £80 down the drain at this rate.
Shame as I have ordered from them a few years back and it was great. Maybe they have changed owners.

I ordered a poncho last 7th of October. On the 14th, I hadn't received any update or tracking regarding the shipment, so I contacted them.
Three...! days later, Nikki answered my email explaining that my ordered was lost at the beginning of the shipment so she had placed a new one and said that I would receive the tracking info soon.
On the 17th I hadn't received yet any information regarding this second order, so I contacted them again.
Today, 20th of October, I have still no clue if I will finally received my poncho because nobody has answered my emails or messages.
I paid 79€ for it + 6€ for the delivery, which I consider is a serious price to have a serious business and team behind but all I'm getting is an awful service. Pity.

Anfangs war ich begeistert vom Poncho
Anfangs war ich begeistert vom Poncho. Aber sollte so ein Poncho nicht länger, als 2 Jahre dicht sein? Für den Preis hätte ich das schon erwartet. Ich wandte mich an Nikki aus dem Chat. Bekam eine (!) antwort, wo sie sich nach Details erkundigte. Nach meiner Antwort habe ich nie wieder was gehört. Service geht anders, Liebes Rainkiss.. sehr schade ..!
