The customer people walk me through the process very carefully and efficiently, which was very helpful because I am not very tech oriented. Together we executed a change from T-Mobile you’re Talk for my wife and me.

Pure talk, makes it very easy for me to pay my bill. It was a little crazy in the beginning for some reason there was a glitch in the system in the day I joined, and it never picked up my payment and they were gonna shut my phone because I didn’t make a payment, but it wasn’t my fault all in all. I cleared it all up and they’ve been wonderful.

Shaniqua was delightful to work with and provided just the answers I needed to a really complicated situation and I so appreciated her professionalism and help.
Love Pure Talk and will never go back to any other provider!

General overall experience was OK, but disappointed that my 3rd month of service wasn't the discounted rate promised when I signed up.

Smooth transition from T-Mobile. Was able to speak to a human quickly and there were no issues with communication. I have great coverage, no dropped calls or dead areas.

After switching i have had no trouble. After finding out how to lock my account has given us the security to know our phone account cannot be hijacked in a port out scam.

Customer service rep was extremely helpful, patient and professional.

When we changed from Verizon the representative was very helpful. I was afraid to change after all these years, but it’s worked well.

Switch from TMobile was easy and we got better service since it's on the ATT towers.

Service is fine. Voicemail has issues with accuracy and playback.

Coverage could be better, but seems to work OK in urban areas. At home switches to internet calling via Starlink. Good prices, a third of what I paid with Big Cellular!

It works where we need it to, and the sound quality is very good

Easy process for purchasing new phone. Clear directions, good selection, and prompt delivery.

I love Pure Talk because they support our Veterans and the conservative values this country was established upon! It's a little difficult for me with everything being online, because I like to talk to someone in person, but I am making it work. I am happy with my new IPhone and the service I am receiving from Pure Talk.

I support what you are doing but have a basic phone for which my fees are double what i was paying

Nicole at PureTalk did an outstanding job identifying my hotspot problem (ran out of hotspot data on my iPhone) and went above and beyond to find an alternative solution (mirroring phone to smart TV). Exceptional service!!!!
