I switched to Pure Talk from AT&T a few months ago and while AT&T's phone service was great, their customer service was terrible. I am very happy with Pure Talk's phone service, I have noticed no difference, and the one time I called customer service it was amazing. Thank you Pure Talk for bring customer service back to the USA!

I had high expectations for the services provided by Pure Talk. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the services provided met and exceeded my expectations. The price for the services was the lowest in the market. Thanks again!!!!

Great service

We were 20 year subscribers of ATT. We switched to PureTalk and the service in the US has been great. We traveled to Spain this past month and were told the switch would be seamless. In the 3 weeks were in Spain, 6 calls to tech services, we were never able to get cell service. And our phones were iPhone 16s. I was told that a ticket was created and someone would solve our problem. Zero contact from your Tech department. The only contact was when I called in and received zero satisfaction. I was very, very disappointed. Thankfully our travel partners had ATT and we were able to use their hotspots.

My phone is not the same? I don’t know what is wrong. I probably need tech help. Pages fill slowly or not at all. I can only get text messages sometimes? No calls have been dropped.

I keep getting my calls dropped and my phone goes into “SOS”… normally I only get one bar and then it goes to “0”. I’m not really happy especially when the sales guy said I’d have better reception than I had with my previous supplier.

Always get a friendly person on the other line. Very professional always helpful. The coverage is great I'm very satisfied. The company also has a good moral compass as they support policies and organizations that match the values of good patriotic citizens.

Once I got past the bugs of switching over it feels like nothing is different but my monthly bill!

I can talk text use data with no problem and a lot better service. And the price fix my budget.

After a bit pf a struggle getting signed up and service established ( i had to buy a new.phone from you. My tmobile phone would not unlock) things have gone smoothly.

I switched to Puretalk because you told me I would get better reception because there was a tower close to me. It is lousy. Folks can only hear me if I shout. I get disconnected all the time. I have called and spoken to you all 4 times and it is not any better. I made a big mistake
