All filters were damaged upon delivery and trying to get a refund was very though.
I needed to keep sending pictures over and over again. Until it finally got approved.
I will not buy here again

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My filters showed up damaged and unusable. The shipping company doesn't reply at all and purefilters tries everything to not have to refund my money. I would not use this company ever again

Damaged Box and Filter Delivered Again
One of my boxed order of two furnace filters arrived damaged in transit. Unfortunately this is the second time an order from Pure Filters has been delivered in a damaged box. Am waiting for a definitive response from Pure Filters after supplying photos of damaged box and filter.

Part of my order had to be cancelled as the foam filters for our obsolete 1995 residential air exchanger were no longer available however advice of same was quickly forthcoming and my credit card immediately refunded without penalty despite the value of the order having fallen below the “free shipping” level. These are good people … honest and forthcoming. I definitely would not hesitate doing business with them in the future.

perfect fridge water filter
The fridge water filters work perfectly and last a good length of time. These are recommended for our fridge so they are the only ones we use. Great product!

Once again, order was screwed up somehow. It didn’t ship For 3 weeks, when I reached out it shipped the next day. Something screwed up on the day of delivery and it was delivered next day. Better experience than the first time (which was a nightmare), but still not good experience.
