Service was fast & efficient and part was the correct fit. Will definitely use service again.

Even though I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size (special order which added insult to injury) the company is working with me to find the correct ones and they have been truly awesome, professional and eager to figure everything out with me!!

I recently placed an order with PureFilters and was very impressed with the service I received from Donna.

This is a monkey business! Worst one I ever dealt with.
I ordered filters in April. Comes August and they still didn’t have an ETA for my order. Yes, 4 months! I couldn’t believe myself having that patience.

They lie about product availability! They will delay and run you in circle and hold your money hostage! I eventually cancelled my order over a week ago. I still have not gotten my refund as of this date.

Very unethical and Liars—that’s what I would describe this company. Stay away!

I have placed orders in the past and they have been filled quickly and accurately. This time I order some furnace filters and water filters. The furnace filters arrived on time. I was sent vent caps instead of water filters. When I inquired how to fix the issue I was instructed to return them and the filters would be sent. I returned them however a month later didnt have the water filters. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. That took another 2 weeks. They had my money, I had no product and had to drive to another town to return the wrong product that was sent. Ordered product from Amazon and it arrived the next day, with the correct product. I like to support the little guy but not with this kind of service.

The on-line order process was easy and the item I ordered, a swimming pool pump, was shipped and delivered to me in good condition. This considering I am located in Florida, USA and they are located in Canada, thus requiring customs inspections of the item prior to delivery across the border. The follow up and tracking was handled quickly and efficiently by their customer support representative Donna. I will definitely consider doing future business with Pure-Filters Canada.

After 20 days of my order not shipping but being charged on day 1, I was forced to cancel my order. Terrible service, borderline scam.

I ordered 3 filters....not a huge order...on July 4th.
It is now August 1st, and all I have received is an apology for it not even being shipped yet.
Not impressed at all, the only excuse I received was that they are just "so busy".
If a company cannot handle being busy and continue to operate and serve customers efficiently, than they shouldn't be in business at all.
Needless to say, I will never use Pure Filters again.

I was able to find the filters I needed for an older VanEE model 1000/vld exchanger. Filters fit exactly as they should

Easy to find what I needed . Got the exact product in a timely manner delivered right to my door. Will use them again for sure.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je commande avec PureFilters, j’ai commandé des filtres å fournaise, à humidificateur, des filtres pour le réfrigérateur et tous à des prix raisonnables. De plus, la compagnie fait des suivis et rappels régulièrement , ce qui est très apprécié.

A well made product. Quiet, simple to operate. This is our second unit. Original unit was installed in 2007.
Would recommend using a professional furnace contractor to install the inlet and outlet ducting if this is your first installation. Need an electrical outlet nearby to operate the unit.
Good communication and very responsive to any issues or concerns. One top cover fastener was very difficult to access on the replacement unit . Fast delivery on the unit and on any replacement HEPA filters needed. Replacement filters are easy to install but need good surround access around the unit since they are so large and bulky.

I liked the price, and I liked the intended shipping. The only problem was that they cancelled my order due to tariff policies with customers in the USA. Too bad we can't do business.
