I was trying to modify my subscription frequency online, but there was some error that would not let me complete the change. I called and was helped by Elijah. He knew exactly what I needed and recognized me from my order a week ago. He got my change done quickly and thanked me for being a customer. He was great and my problem was solved.
Nu Aqua making it happen !
I received the wrong filters and contacted the NU aqua team and they resolved my issue with speed and gratefulness. I’m not sure how this actually happened but I’m very grateful for the quick response and how quickly they are sending me the right filters. Jennifer was so helpful and I appreciate the job she did and her quick responses back to me.

I realized that there may be more to this process then I thought. Jennifer responded to my email inquiry with a clear and concise explanation. Quick response from customer service…
I had inadvertently had my order sent to an address that was no longer valid for me. Fortunately, I caught the mistake within 30 minutes of placing the order. I contacted NuAqua and by the next morning, Jennifer had contacted me and requested I confirm some information with the order and within the hour contacted me back that she was able to contact the warehouse and get it redirected. I look forward to receiving the order at the correct address,

Horrific Company
I was charged in March and April for two sets of whole home water filters, one for my house, one for my condo... It is now June 1st and I have STILL not received the filters. Most companies do NOT charge you anything until the filters are shipped... instead this company charges you and good luck getting your filters. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes now trying to get refunded. Go somewhere else. This company doesn't care about you once you've purchased their systems.

At first I was feeling very distressed that my new Aqua filter countertop wasn’t properly working I reached out to customer service via email they didn’t take long to reply only maximum 1 day. I then decided to reach out to customer support through the phone and A lady advised me to give them an extra day so they could figure out what could be going wrong with my appliance. I honestly thought no one was going to help me out but then Kayla reached out to me with a solution to replace my filter so in the end I am beyond thankful. I am currently waiting for it to arrive

Originally I had some doubts about Nu Aqua after reading some reddit posts on how the customer service does not respond, but by then I has already ordered the filter system. I tried to return it but they offered a discount for us to just keep it, so we just went ahead and gave it a try anyway. Been about 2 years now and we love the tankless system, and turns out, the customer service is actually really good. I don't know what the reddit thread was talking about, but I have been getting excellent customer service in a timely manner and their product is easy, high quality, and delivers. We've personally tested the water each time with the testing kit and it is doing it's thing and more. 10/10 product.
