Good product, BAD delivery!
The product was fine, as expected, a little frustrating to put together.
My complaint is with the delivery. UPS just left the largish box outside of the apartment building, unsecured!! Totally unacceptable!!!

Not impressed with the quality of my damaged heat pump. Not impressed with the return policy. Not even sure if your customer service team is made up of real humans or just AI robots. Get better.

Your customer service was deplorable
Your customer service was deplorable. Because I canceled safe-delivery subscription, my products was delivered without anyone deeming it fit to even message me that my items were delivered. Shame. I am still waiting for my refund for the canceled safe-delivery payment charged to my account.

The ease of ordering of the product, but one glitch
The ease of ordering of the product, the time and cost to delivery it, and the price of the product were all great! The one glitch was that the hardware package for the table we bought opened at some point during packing or delivery. So, when I opened the box the table was in, the screws, etc., needed for the table were spread out everywhere in the box. All the hardware was there, but it was a pain fishing them out of such a big box.

Unit arrived
Unit arrived. Indoor unit came in 5 days the outdoor unit came in 14 days of placing the order.
Once arrived and installed works great.
The unit only came with 13 foot line set.
So ensure that is all you required. I had to order a 25 foot line set to get it hooked up. Which costed a extra 200$
Other then that now that its in and running its working great.
Very happy so far
