Scam. Absolute scam. The cutting board was... whatever, its a piece of metal. But EVERY charge automatically includes trial in a $29 USD/month membership that auto renews. As best I can tell it provides no benefits either.

Do NOT BUY this product!! I ordered one in June 2025, and paid in full at that time. I received my product and was happy with it. THEN THEY BEGAN CHARGING ME $29 A month in Nov, Dec 2025 and Jan 2026. I had not ordered anything! I started contacting the company in Nov, received a reply in Dec that they showed no order from me - and then I could not get a reply from them by any method!! I had to cancel my card and file a dispute with my bank - - but still NO REFUND of what they overcharged me!
PS - You can get a titanium cutting board set from Amazon for $20 - - Pure Cut is a HUGE OVERCHARGE AND SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN FOR FRAUD & THEFT!

Purchased cutting board for Christmas gifts. I actually do like the product although it’s not as amazing as the description. However, exactly one month later I was charged £23 for a membership. I didn’t agree to that and they wouldn’t refund the fee. After plenty of emails I went to the credit card company and got refunded via them. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this and I’ve since read lots of people saying the same thing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased one titanium cutting board in October 2025 and I received it. The product itself is nice. What I didn't realize until a 3 months later when I was checking my credit card statement was that THEY signed me up for a re-occurring MONTHLY charge of $29.00 without my permission. When I went on this page I read that other people said they are doing this to everyone. HOW DARE THEY BE SO UNDERHANDED. I was going to referred this product to my son and my friend's son since they both like to cook. NOW ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! The PureCut Company is nothing but a bunch of CROOKS!!!

I paid for a chopping board £23- before Christmas and thought nothing of it. They are trying to take £29:99 again! At no time did I agree for this to happen. There was no mention of any monthly charges when i ordered! I have emailed them to stop any further charges, no reply? I will be getting my credit card company to get my money back!

They continue to bill me for $29.99.
And I can’t get to their website.
I’m asking my credit card company to block.

Long Time before board arrived. Had cut marks and looks dreadful within a week. THEN I find I have been charged a Subscription fee -i can find nowhere that i agreed to this!
Having great difficulty is cancelling this.
NOW I read the reviews and fine lots of people have been scammed out of this money!

I ordered a cutting board and they have been charging me 29.00 every month for a subscription I NEVER signed up for. I have tried calling them and emailing and they NEVER answer!! I have contacted the BBB, but with all of the horrible reviews, I am wondering why they have not been shut down by now!!! This is why we are paying high interest rates on our credit cards even though many of us have excellent credit scores, bc the banks have to reimburse us the charges AND we have to get issued ANOTHER credit card!!!! Scammers like this have one place to live and even HELL isn't good enough for them!!

Deceptive and disgusting sham company charging AUD $44 a month for some useless membership I did not know anything about! Who’d expect an auto subscription buying kitchen utensils? Only noticed because my husband said they’re too heavy for titanium and googled them and learned of membership. Checked bank and there it is! They measure up as STAINLESS STEEL, not even titanium, specific gravity is exact match to stainless so steer clear. Now to try and get this crap cancelled 😡

I would have given them minus 1 star if it was available. Having received our goods £23 membership fee was charged to our credit card for a membership we never agreed too. They have refused to refund the fee.

Don't fall for it!
I received my product just fine, however they snuck in a false subscription and have been charging my account every month since. They are dodging my phone calls to cancel as their customer service hours are non existent, and even if you hit their tiny window, they say no one is available. DONT FALL FOR THIS. Take my word for it.

I wish zero stars was an option. What I ordered and what I received was no where close to what was described on line and then I was automatically entered into a subscription for $29 USD per month plus an international fee. Others have said they found in an email that says that purchasing from this company automatically enrolled you into a subscription, I CANNOT find that any where. After attempts to reach out to the company I ended up having to cancel the card it was on to stop them. Terrible company.

This company is a SCAM! They automatically enroll you in a monthly “subscription” for $29 - for which you receive NOTHING! It’s impossible to cancel. When attempting to contact them, you reach a dead end screen. Norton alerted me that it’s an “unsafe site that attempts to steal credit card numbers.” Impossible to eliminate recurring charges without replacing card.

Absolutely do not buy from this company! Automatically enrolled for an expensive subscription when you purchase. I believe I have now cancelled the subscription (here's hoping!) but they have stolen over $300 NZD from my account. I have asked my bank to dispute it but not holding my breath that I will get it all refunded. THIS IS FRAUD!

Board is awful, metal fragments when you cut on it. And you dont know you join this " collective club" £23 a month without knowledge. Reported to my bank as fraud

They only refunded 40% and kept charging me even after I complained.

I wasn’t impressed to begin with, thought it was a scam - my order didn’t appear, tracking information was poor, website info was poor, communication was sparse - but once they’d got their act together they turned out to be great. Customer Services stepped up to the plate and took an interest in my order which eventually arrived 3 weeks later - tho sadly missing the opportunity for me to gift the boards for Christmas. However, the boards are as advertised and I’m really happy all turned out well. Thank you Pure Cut ….. got there in the end.

I like the cutting boards but their ads are misleading because cut marks are left on the board after using. I ordered another set for a gift and also 2 of their pans. Not impressed with the pans and NOT IMPRESSED with 2- $41 charges a month on my credit card for unknowingly becoming part of their Collective which is basically a pay ahead subscription for products you may or may not order. Any other subscription I have I knowingly signed up for and know that I will receive products for the money that I am charged. As another review mentioned that this company is not based in the States possibly Australia. It took quite a few emails and getting my credit card company involved in order to be reimbursed for the charges.

Whatever negative review you will see here is all true. You will be automatically subscribed to a "Pure Cut Collective" of $29 monthly for absolutely nothing of worth and is a recurring charge until it would be too late to notice. Attempting to cancel it yourself thru their website is impossible and utterly frustrating because the "cancel" button is virtually nonexistent... you get the idea. Do not make the same mistakes as the rest of these folks writing a review here... and the product is not even worth the hype at all.
