The security cameras do not work. They don’t record to the sd card. Notifications are sent ever few seconds whether someone is there or not. And when you contact the company for a refund they tell you to return the item to china at your own cost even though they came from a uk warehouse.

I would have given them minus 1 star if it was available. Having received our goods £23 membership fee was charged to our credit card for a membership we never agreed too. They have refused to refund the fee.

They reduced my pension on insufficient information provided to them by the company my doctor outsourced the request for information forms too.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced some difficulties in the information provided to us and it effecting your payments.
Our quotes are affected by any medical information you choose to disclose and sometimes need be verified by a doctors report. If there is anything that the doctors cannot verify, this may reduce the income.
If you believe the doctors report was incorrect then we can certainly investigate this, you may also want to check this with your doctor too in the meantime of what may need to be corrected.
