I was having a printing issue with my A3 L1800 DTF printer and I contacted customer service for assistance. Anne found out what the issue was, walked me through what to do, and rectified the problem quickly. She was patient, courtesy, and worked quickly.

Tuve un percance con la empresa de transporte que perdió la máquina pero me puse en contacto con el departamento de atención al cliente y me lo solucionaron rapidísimo. Customer service Is great and the machine was extremely easy to set up. User friendly - the software is not a design stupidity so you will need use Canva or adobe photoshop. You will get a red usb port with the software although this software doesn’t allow you to change print ink settings. It does come with ink and powered but I suggest using a higher more expensive brand for a better crisp and clearer print. The maintenance is easy and comes with extra supplies for when you go on vacations etc.

Hello, I have the Procolored k-8 for about 6 months now. The print quality is flawless, the colors are vibrant and accurate, and the machine runs very reliably. I have used the customer support twice now and they have been super helpful and responsive, they have answered all my questions and made sure my machine was up and running, It has made my work much easier and more professional with great detail. I would definitely recommend Procolored to anyone looking for high-quality results and excellent service. for me personally i should have brought the k-13 but you can't go wrong with neither machine it's all about preference and the amount of volume you're putting out all in all this is a great machine and a great company

I own a small business and wanted a cost effective way to grow. The procolored DTF P13 Pro was the way to for me. Support was there for my inital set up and when I could not figure it out they were able to access my computer remotely and help me install what I could not. Today I contacted them for my white ink not printing (My fault I let the machine sit) they did a great job helping me troubleshoot what was wrong. My printer works great again and I am so grateful for the support I received. Yes, this is a high maintenance machine, but the prints are beautiful.

I have had to contact customer service twice and they have been extremely helpful at resolving the issue both times. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

I purchased my procolored k13 Lite
I have been using it for about 1 month. I have had no issues but today my printer was on the fritz. It a printer after all. But I was having issues with connectivity with my computer and the printer. I contacted tech support. They went above and beyond to help my connectivity run smoother. It was a good experience with tech support. I like my machine and it has expanded my business . I continue to learn about this machine and its maintenance but I am confident that with the help of procolor tech support I can be successful.
I recommend this printer if you have the time, the patience, to learn how to fully be in control of your machine.
