Customers deserve better
I came in with a specific goal and was not successful. I tried chat, but the response was slow and when finally responded to it was definitely canned answers. Nothing specific just a general “watch this video “, over the course of several hours the tools I found were similar but didn’t get the results I was expecting - they didn’t match what I saw on the vid. I was never able to talk to Anyone for real help. Would it have been possible to work through… probably but the slow painfull response only highlighted how the customer time and satisfaction are not a priority. I decided to quit after about three hours of frustration.

It’s a great program
It’s a great program, just overkill for me haha. All I want is breaking news. All the other fluff I don’t use since it’s not necessary. I do like how I can filter out what kind of news I see though. That allows me to niche down on exactly what I want to jump into. Will see how I feel after two weeks. So far, I am leaning towards this software over my other software. Which continues to give me delayed news. Even if it’s 15 seconds later, it’s still delayed. Most of the time I won’t receive news from my software until a minute or more or the guy doesn’t even post the news. Really frustrating to see a move happen without me. So far Banzinga gives me news right away. At least 99% of the news I am interested in, so a win for me.

James was really helping. I was contacting him through email and he sent his personal phone number. Otherwise, calling Benzinga is not what you would recommend to other customers, as that service is extremely poor. Better stop publishing that number...
