There is no way to reach customer service as a benzinga pro customer, only via email and still they are not responsive, they reply trying to sell you stuff without reading your email or addressing your requests.

Daily issues with this overly complicated platform. You cannot rely on this platform for day trading because of all the technical errors that constantly happen. Incorrect charts, wrong stock prices, wrong P/E ratios, wrong floats, very limited chart indicators. The list of issues is endless and keeps getting bigger. Terrible to non-existent customer service. A really really poor platform for the price they're charging. You can get earnings from any investor relations site faster than you can get it from Benzinga 99% of the time. And at least they'll be correct instead of being "CORRECTED" hours later. Don't waste your money.

I called to place my order and did not get a call back. So I placed the order and it went well and I got the discount. Then tried to add the High Beta Squawk and instead of $49 special you charged $99. Your facebook add said $49.

Emailed and didn’t get reply about how to get early news 15 minutes before market news. The email said “just reply to this email to find out how” — but nobody has responded? Why not just tell me how in the email? The pro info available isn’t anything I can’t find for free other places such as Webull or Robinhoood.

I need to receive some winning alerts first then i can give you a five star rating. I only have a 14 days free

I wish there were a zero-star option — I’d pick that instead of one. The service is overly complex, the support and management team are careless, and overall it’s unreliable.

Also, watch out for their Benzinga Pro trial trap. You sign up for a trial, and if you forget to cancel (which happens easily in a busy week), they refuse to refund you. Despite sending plenty of irrelevant marketing emails, they conveniently skip reminding you that your trial is ending — clearly intentional. I can only imagine how many millions they make off this quiet trick.

There are better, more transparent alternatives out there — with simpler platforms and customer support that actually takes responsibility.

Gave benzinga pro a chance under the premise of the 14 day money back garantuee. When I wasn't saitifisfied with their platform and asked for a refund via their customer support they ditched the question multiple times first, then stated this money back garantuee is only for yearly subscriptions and this is stated in the terms&service agreement. Final answer was I skipped the "free trail" as a first time user and theres no refund. Very lucky Paypal customer service had my back and refunded my money.

With in 1 hours on the dashboard. Benzinga pro has 90% more what i need than trade ideas has.

I was using TV but the news and the screener and the other tools make this a much more complete package for me.

Cancel my account and credit my card that I used to join. Your site is vague and ambiguous, and I can't easily get to any constructive information to consider investing in any securities'. Just another scam I suppose. canceling this with Amex if you don't.
