The process of ordering a number Sweatshirts with a printed motiff on was seamless. I used the online chat too order and it was easy and quick. Really happy with my purchase and for the price the sweatshirts are pretty good quality

Excellent service from start to finish

The product is amazing! I use them mostly for 'yard art' The designers can do magic - I have given them a rough idea of what I would like and basically left it to them... I have never been disappointed! The shipping can be costly, but I try to link all jobs together to save on that. The only thing that I would perhaps say is that staff can be a little too attentive. They are so keen to please that they will follow up and follow up

Zero stars if I could. Having read other reviews now I understand my experience isn't unique. Whilst the shipping was quick that was the only positive. I ordered a sign for our wedding and it came with marks all over it and scuffed and rough edges. I reached out to customer service who deemed it to be minor and that it wouldn't affect its usability. I have never had such rubbish customer service. They have packaged and sent this order in this condition and refused a refund. I was ordered a replacement or credit note but as my wedding is soon I have organised this via another company. Overall cheap quality, poor inspection prior to shipping and terrible customer experience

Great service and very quick.

Great assistance from Danny and Jason. Thank you guys. FedEx delivered over the back gate instead of front door or our Dropbox at front of house.

Printed today was a delight to work with, I had a last minute print job and they managed to get my design just how I wanted it and to me very quickly. Justin my point of contact was very helpful in getting my design done.

the quality of printing was not good. saw some scratch that shows print quality was low, and I didn't find any lamination which I asked for..
