PrintedToday sent my sign via FedEx. I needed it for a presentation but it didn't arrive, so I had to cancel. FedEx kept on giving me renewed deadlines, but I didn't get the sign, PrintedToday refused recall the sign and refused to give me a refund and even denied any shred of responsibility, referring the problem at FedEx's doorstep and telling me it will be delivered soon. Shocking company. Do not use them.

I ordered outside safety posters. The first ones I received were not very crisp print, but the company corrected my original text and sent me new, perfect posters.

I ordered a flag for our charity, just days before we did a Snowdon Trek, and the staff at Printed Today were amazing. I was able to speak to someone who helped get my order processed on the same day and the flag arrived super quickly in plenty of time for our climb.
We were over the moon with it - exceptional price and great quality. Would highly recommend.

Don't ever use this company. They harass you on the phone. I bet I have had 35 telephone calls and emails in the last 6 months. I have told them to stop ringing about 34 times and they never ever stop.

Quick and accurate.

Awful

Very efficient and organised when placing your order and taking your money, however they messed our delivery up twice even after they guaranteed delivery by a certain date.
I ordered a branded gazebo and they guaranteed delivery by the Friday before my event on the Saturday
I got the other items but not the gazebo! I then had to race around that morning to find a gazebo
I complained and they offered me £20 in compensation I got them up to £30 I told them I have another event the following week it better be with me for then. Again they guaranteed it surprise surprise it did not arrive
I complained again they offered £40 compensation
I told them just refund me as the whole process was a joke

I then had to chase my refund over 4 times and it’s now been 6 weeks and I have finally got it back in our charity account after I threatened to call trading standards and recall the payment from my bank

Yes they’re reasonably priced and efficient when ordering but good luck after that
I will never be using them or recommending them again
