Fantastic service right from the start. I provided an image and some words and left it to them. The result was a 6' X 3' banner that is absolutely perfectly.

One has to speak as they find, Excellent, I got in touch and they were back on to me very quick. They sent me a sample which I approved instantly and it was delivered three day sooner than they quoted. Lovely Banner very happy.

Don't use.

The service was great, step by step and simplicity.

However , they mishandled packing.
They rolled when it was still wet.
This messed with the quality. Causing blemishes.

I had great responses until my final one requesting a part refund. Happy to pay for the frame but not the print.

And I've been ghosted ever since.

Customer service at point of order and processing is exceptional.
Customer service in respect of giving money back- non existent.

Quick turnaround which I need usually. So would always recommend their service.

I received absolutely professional service from Sam and his team. Pinnacle banners made the process very easy, made sure to check specifics with me before actual printing and a follow up call to confirm. They delivered the banner to me in two days, although the expectation was 3 days. Thank you 🙏🏽

Warning - Avoid this poor company!
My backdrop arrived damaged with NO packaging. The backdrop was folded several times and just tape holding it together.
I emailed to report the damage and was promised support in 72 hours. No reply has been received despite several emails. Just radio silence.

Draft idea sent to Pinnacle.An hour our two later they sent me an initial layout.I approved it. Paid the invoice and off we go!
Excellent service and past posters that I have ordered from them have been of a high standard and good quality.I would therefore recommend Pinnacle.

Avoid this scam company!! My banners arrived damaged with NO packaging (just some tape).
Emailed them and called for assistance and was promised call back after call back which never came. I’ve tried calling and emailing since and they appear to be ignoring my calls.
Terrible quality…. Poorly packaged and no customer service! Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! I would give no stars at all if it was possible. They charged me £236.89 for a 10 X 8 vinyl banner for our 'red carpet premiere film screening event and entirely ruined the event where we had hired (at great expense), a professional photographer to take the photos on the red carpet in front of the banner. BUT when we opened it up the night before at the location to set up, we discovered that the banner was black, green and washed out purple! It was supposed to be a black background with gold writing - it also had 2 print stripes right across the banner it was a total printing disaster and the photos and event was ruined because of this. I have since called on 3 occasions to Sam who made the order, who tells me each time that the printers will be in contact but they have not contacted in anyway. I asked for a full refund that does even come close to ruining the whole event and nothing has happened. Not even an apology. I am reporting the company to the ombudsman and calling my bank to recall the money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST - A NIGHTMARE!!

I ordered the largest size banner which upon delivery was unable to use as the stand was not strong enough to hold up the banner.
I have never been able to use it and asked for a refund or solution I have received neither and the company refuses to engage with me.
I am now taking legal advice as the banner is not fit for purpose.

Banner looks great and arrived quicker than was first suggested. Got a proof version emailed through first, would defo recommend. Especially with their pricing ranges

When I was working out the design for my banner, Max popped up offering to help. After a few emails and redesgins I have ended up with the desired effect and some pretty impressive banners.
When the items were delivered I was missing half my order! I gave it a couple off days but when it still hadn't arrived I contacted Max again. I had a replacement within 24 hours! Max has been a great help. Impressive customer service from Pinnacle Banners.

Still waiting over four months for a response for our bespoke label.

It seems that after the order is paid no ones take care of it.
