My banner was printed and posted in double quick time. No reflection on 'Printed Today' but had trouble with Royal Mail leaving in safe place but received today.

Not only was the finished banner exactly what I wanted, the turnaround was excellent and service from Justin was great. I’d recommend Printed Today very highly.

The banner was processed efficiently and the results are great. It's already in position on the front of the church and looks fine. The pricing seems reasonable.

However I emailed the company several times at the info@ address and got no response before finally giving up and phoning in my order. That's not very good.

Very helpful right from the outset, and despite my design having multi colours, it printed exactly as I had wanted. Reasonable cost too. Fast delivery and kept informed through the whole process. Would recommend!

I ordered custom wind flags with my own design but in a simple rectangular shape. When they arrived, the stitching on them is atrocious. To quote my partner; 'a drunk toddler could have done a better job'
They're uneven, unhemmed, messy and unfit to represent a brand. One bit of wind and they will rip at the stitching.
I reached out to the company and they agreed that it was unacceptable and not up to standard.
Dealing with their so called customer service team has been a roller coaster though.
I paid extra for fast shipping as I needed the flags for a last minute event. However the company wanted me to return them so they could 'try again'. They wouldn't give me a timeliness for this though. I have been spoken to in a very rude manner by the so called Complaints manager (says a lot that this role is required)and have yet to get a satisfactory resolution. I have completely lost all trust in this company. For your own sake, stay clear.

David Miller was really helpful. He was very quick to answer any queries I had and to make the changes to the first design. The end product looked great. It was a Bon Voyage póster and the family thought it was wonderful.

I gave mixed feedback. The company were very quick to correct a postage issue which I'm really grateful for but when I received my sign it wasn't what I had agreed to. The image we agreed to was clear.. the sign I received was puxelated and distorted. Hopefully we can sort this, but until now this is my honest feedback.

Good company, good inte tions but disappointed my sign didn't look like the image I had agreed to in term of quality.

I have ordered previously from this company and got on well enough. The banners arrived decent and not a bad price. However, my second order was very different. The banner has black ink splotches all over it, when I reached out to ask them about it they said it was "perfect qaulity" in their eyes and they would not rectify it. The flag i ordered also did not arrive and they blamed this on FedEx, I don't know if this is true as their tracking system is abysmal. You have to email and ask for the information to track your parcel, if you dont they its just up to the heavens when it gets to you. You will get 0 communication until it is due to arrive at your door that day (and that's if you're lucky). I did eventually recieve a replacement banner nearly 2 weeks after I ordered it.

Lastly their customer service is awful, argumentative even when designing custom items. Full of what appear to be passive aggressive and outright condescending comments. They will phone you incessantly asking for reviews or for you to order more. Even when I was issuing a complaint for the quality their reply had 'please consider purchasing these items'. Just awful, harassing behaviour. I've had to block 2 of their numbers.
