Amazing as always!! WhatsApp messaged them what I wanted annd when I needed it by. They said no problem. Asked for prices. Chose the one I want. They sent me the link for the artwork. Artwork was authorised within an hour and sent within 4. Absolutely brilliant company! Will always get my stuff from these!!

Excellent from start to finish, Darren was superb and ensured we got exactly what we needed for our event.
5 star customer service, would fully recommend, we shall only be shopping for branded goods from Printed Today in future.

Quick delivery, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The product quality was terrible, with parts arriving missing or broken. When we reported the missing parts, a refund was refused and only replacement parts were offered – despite these now arriving after the event we purchased the products for. They did not seem to care. Very disappointing customer service and completely unhelpful when dealing with time-sensitive event materials. I would not recommend.

Good value, very helpful with design of items, quick delivery and excellent aftercare. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing printed banners and posters.

This company is completely unacceptable. After putting their customers through the ordeal of their terrible quality, delayed deliveries, and refusal to issue refunds, their Sales team suddenly remembers them by sending fake sob stories and apologies. AVOID THIS COMPANY

A great team, who know what they're talking about. There was a small issue with my last order. It was just a misunderstanding. The team got sorted very quickly. I bought a .number of magnetic car door advertising pads, with our group logo on them. Excellent service. Darren has been especially helpful.

I placed an order of £1,000+ for an event and they completely failed to deliver the great majority of the items, the most important part of the order. The worst part is that they provided partial refund after 2 months of negotiation, 39 emails exchanged, and under the threat of legal escalation. Their Director, Abdul Aziz, was hiding and they repeatedly avoided to confirm the company's details as requested.

Consequences?

- reputational damage in the event
- negative comments for the few roller banners of bad quality we received
- shock of receiving a banner intended for a funeral

The funny part?

After all these failures (bad quality, bad deliveries, false promises, ridiculous processes), their Sales call you to give you 10% discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill when they have refunded 88% of what you paid in the last order. They still owe you money and they say that you have to understand the "hard work" and the "cost" of their printing.

ADVICES in case you have problems

Advice 1: Raise the failure and their reluctance to provide refund EVERYWHERE: Trustpilot, Wise (their bank), your banks, House of Companies (they had problems with the HoC), Court for Small Amounts, Police etc. We need evidence-based records in all these parts.

AA PRINTERS LIMITED is behind Printed Today with Company number 09675861
Check House of Companies

Advice 2: Do not accept 10% discount or credit notes on your next order as a gesture of goodwill. This is NOTHING. Anyone can take 10% as returning customer and credit notes mean actually nothing.

Advice 3: Do not give up. Chase them to get your money back. I exchanged 39 emails over two months. CHASE THEM

Advice 4: Pay only from their website to be able to recall the payment in case of failure. They provide their bank details on Whatsapp to pay via app. DON'T do it

The banner was ordered with the top corners curved and they arrived with square edge.
The banners are also narrower than a standard herras fence panel, meaning there is a sizeable gap on either side, when centrally fitted in place

I got several banners printed. They were courteous and kind at every stage. The products came promptly and were perfect. Genuinely would recommend for printing.

Oh my god I uaed their services 2 different occasions .

Now they call me spam me atleast twice a month! No joke I tell them dont call me they still do.

They get goods from China but show they from UK.
Be aware peeps!despert lowlife company

Have used them for over 5 years and never had a problem. They keep in touch through the whole process and advise re: size, delivery etc. Good quality, great value & customer service and fast delivery.

Quick reliable service

Thankyou.

Jeff

Quick, efficient and cost effective.
Exactly what we wanted.

If I could give zero I would I asked for a simple design to be printed for inside of a window to be view outside tha had sent me a wrong application then I had to argue the fact its not what I wanted then the processed to try an talk me into a transparent background print which I did not want argued over 3 days finally agreed on a decal cut out which then sent me a transparent background which I stated i did not want then another 3 days arguing with them.
Oh and also agreed on 5ft size paid then told only do it 4.5ft.
Then the replacement sent out was 4.2ft in 2 half's
£130 wasted and lose of a customer.

do not use them they will hold any money and argue that they right and you're wrong.

Bought vinyl banners on two separate occasions. Team are very helpful, banners/printing excellent quality and prompt delivery. Will continue to use this company in future.

I ordered one banner two+ years ago, the banner itself was perfect and came on time as ordered and they were super helpful. However since then I’ve been getting never ending sales calls from them and every time I ask them to remove my data. Everytime they clearly do not. Someone needs to brush up on their GDPR laws.

Amazing customer support. Thanks steve for the follow up

This company consistently delivers excellent prints right on schedule. We are excited to begin working with Jeff Harrison, who has just been assigned as our marketing advisor for future campaigns.

Excellent service.
