Printed Today Anmeldelser

Thank you . Absolutely perfect 👏👏👏

Excellent service. Thank you

Really good printing will be using again!

Quality of item and print was good enough for me. I am giving 4 stars because it had a few scratches on the drawing.

Quality and great customer service

Placed an order - items were incorrect.

Placed replacement order (i paid for items and they gave free delivery as "goodwill gesture" for first incorrect order).

Printing was wrong on replacement item.

Complained and was offered 10% discount and free delivery on ANOTHER order which I placed (more fool me).

New order didn't arrive.

Eventually managed to cancel order but was told unable to process card refund so I have to provide bank details and that their finance department will "investigate" and process the refund in 7-8 working days.

I have also received a TON of sales calls from this and other printing companies since I placed the first order. And they constantly tried to sell be banners and exhibition equipment every time I had to speak to them about an issue (phone and email).

Ben was really helpful, I have dealt with Ben in the past and he never disappoints. Fast reliable and reasonably priced. I can highly recommend this company.
Kevin was very quick and efficient with the art work and design as I needed a quick turnaround

The customer service from John was excellent.

I have used Printed Today on a number of occasions for both banners and t shirts. They have always been excellent, validating artwork quickly and delivering a high quality product with very clear pricing. Ben has been a great help organising my purchases.

Paid extra for expedited delivery because the signs were urgently needed for warehouse safety compliance. The promised delivery date was missed, then I was told by phone they would arrive within 48 hours. That promise was missed too.
When they finally arrived, the finish was poor — rough/chipped fixing holes, marks and small edge damage.
Plenty of apologies, plenty of promises, not much delivery.
Very disappointing service and quality.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company and couple of years ago they now cold call me with marketing and after numerous requests for them to stop and remove my details the calls and emails continue.

Constant marketing phone calls since purchase, despite me asking for my details to be removed. Would not recommend

Everything was perfect. If i need in thefuture, i will talk with them, for sure,

Awful service. I went online on Thursday and ordered for next day delivery with a countdown clock to tell me when to order by. I paid for 24 hours delivery as expected and only once the order was taken along with payment was I emailed to say the order would be delivered Monday. When I said this was too late as it was for an event on the Sunday so they advised me I could pay nearly £25 for Saturday delivery. When I sent a screenshot of the page showing Friday delivery was available, they said as a goodwill gesture they would drop the fee to £21. Both Jack and his supervisor were extremely unhelpful as if the website had said Friday delivery was not available I'd have kept looking elsewhere.

Our orders with Printed Today are always handled quickly and efficiently. They confirm the designs and have proofs back quickly. Delivery has always been on time. Always really happy with the quality of the banners and we are repeat customers because of this. Darren is very helpful and keeps us updated with new products and great deals

Ordered se banners 4 years ago. They were the worst thing ever printed - blurry - byt they said it's supposed to be like that because you have to look at it from far away! Never got a refund from them. Now they keep calling me every week trying to give 10% discount. I keep blocking the number but new one appears next week with new Sales manager. Do not order there by trying to save few pounds because they are cheaper. Better spend few more pounds somewhere reputable and you will save by not needing to order again because their work will be the worst thing you have ever seen.

Impressively quick turnaround and great quality…

Always a quick and reliable, friendly service with good delivery service too.

Efficient and nice quality
