The customer service after payment has been completely useless. I placed my order on Monday and approved the artwork, and I was assured that the foam board would be delivered by Friday.

On Friday, I contacted them as the order had still not arrived, but received no response. I was not provided with any tracking information and the delivery never arrived.

Before making the payment, I was specifically assured that the order would be delivered on Friday. Unfortunately, after payment was made, the communication and service were extremely poor.

The order has now been delayed into the weekend, which has caused me significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. Make sure you are comfortable with the service before paying, as the level of communication after payment was extremely disappointing.

Absolutely let down, proofed and paid for banners, concave flag poles & 2500 flyers on 4th September with delivery confirmed via FedEx for 7/09. We had an event 300 miles away that we had agreed to sponsor IdeasFest 2026. On the Monday 7/09 the banners arrived, no flags or flyers - after chasing told the flags had been delayed and should be with us on 08/09 - still good as the event was on 9/09. Flags or flyers didn’t arrive, after hours on phone Printed Today agreed to send replacement for guaranteed delivery on 10/09 before 1pm - not ideal as it was potentially half way through last day - still no flyers to hand out, flags arrived at the event the following day (300 miles away and cannot be located) - still no flyers - paid £££’s and wasted so much time - there customer complaints Finn won’t answer the phone and has offered to refund the money paid for flyers (nice of him) won’t refund flags as they are 300 miles away and lost - here is the cherry on the cake 🎂- they have offered a £20 credit of future orders

Just to top it off a marketing tent was delivered that obviously should have gone to another client - looking at it I would imagine it’s extremely expensive. Nothing to do with our order

I would not recommend, shambles - Printed Today - Don’t know if you’ll get it

They might offer a good price BUT quality service is worth so much more , I have learnt my lesson

It was my second order but my first order details were readily available to assist in the ordering. Fast delivery and very happy with the results

Great company and very fast delivery.

Overall the quality of the products were average. There were a few signs that were damaged and some eyelets punched on right on the edges. The Signs were delivered late and my complaint was closed without any discussion. I wouldn’t use this company again.

An extremely poor experience. We specified quick delivery as we needed the order in time for an event.

Throughout the process we reminded them of this and were reassured of the delivery date each time.

Nothing arrived on the delivery date. On chasing we were told it would be processed the next day, which put us right on the limit of being in time for the event.

The next day there was no news either. In chasing again we were told there had been 'a problem' and that it wouldn't arrive for another two days.

A complete failure for us and a real let-down for the event, intended to recognise the achievements and hard work of our Student Ambassadors.

We are now waiting for our refund which will apparently take 7 to 8 days.

I don't often leave reviews, but felt this one was necessary to advise people to proceed with caution and not to take their delivery promises at face value. It has really caused a headache for our business.

Despite being promised delivery by a set deadline, this lot didn't deliver, and couldn't prtovide any reasonable explanation. I wouldn't use them again and would asdvise you not to either if you expect competent service.

I had an issue with an order for some printed flags, although not a complaint the issue was rectified by Stephen in a prompt and professional manner.

Have never bought anything like a pull up banner before and was a bit daunted by the on line ordering system - but managed. Was amazed at the quality of the product - stand and graphics quality. Very satisfied with the finished product / delivered on time.

Used this business on a few occasions and signs always been great! Had a small issue on my last order regarding delivery (although not their fault) and Stephan sorted and delt with the complaint fast and efficient and will keep using them in the future! Thanks again guys
