Communication throughout the design and production was first class and our banner got delivered on time for our event. This business is exceptional on customer service.

Not very happy with this company you put a require inquiry line it doesn’t work then you call them up and they take forever to answer your request which then makes your delivery charge. More expensive. I had this they made my delivery charge. More expensive did not deliver, although it was time sensitive and then try to deliver after the date which was printed. I’ve had murders trying to get my money back. I’ve used this company before but will not will definitely not use them again.

Original banner sadly arrived damaged, very kindly and quickly Print Today reprinted and fixed the issue. A massive thanks for Finn.

I’m writing this review after seeing firsthand the terrible experience my colleague has had trying to get an order delivered by this company.

The order was placed on Monday for next-day delivery, after the company had specifically confirmed that it would arrive on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that promise meant very little.

Tuesday came with no delivery and no tracking information. My colleague had to keep contacting the company just to find out what was happening. There was no proactive communication to explain that the order had been delayed, which is completely unacceptable when someone has paid for a next-day service.

After several calls on Tuesday, at approximately 4:30 PM they were assured that the order was ready to be dispatched and that a special morning delivery would be arranged for Wednesday. Naturally, they expected tracking details to follow.

Instead, at around 7 PM, an email arrived saying the order would not be delivered on Wednesday.

How can a company confirm a special morning delivery at 4:30 PM and then, only a few hours later, say it isn’t happening? The communication throughout this situation has been incredibly poor and inconsistent.

To make matters worse, when my colleague tried to contact them afterwards through WhatsApp, their number appeared to have been blocked.

I’ve watched my colleague spend an unreasonable amount of time making calls and chasing updates, only to receive different answers and broken promises. This is not the level of service anyone should expect after paying for next-day delivery.

I would strongly suggest that anyone considering ordering from this company does their own research and exercises caution, particularly if the order is urgent or needed by a specific date.

This entire situation could have been handled very differently with some basic honesty, communication and respect for the customer.

The banner came on time , was beautiful and very high quality

I placed an order on Monday for next-day delivery after speaking directly with someone at the company, who assured me that I would definitely receive my order on Tuesday.

After placing the order, I waited all day for tracking information, but nothing arrived. I eventually had to contact them myself, only to be told that my order had been delayed. What makes this even more frustrating is that they didn’t even bother to inform me about the delay. If I hadn’t contacted them, I would have been left completely in the dark.

Today is Tuesday, and I have called them three times trying to get a clear answer and at least make sure the order would arrive on Wednesday. At around 4:30 PM, I was told that my order was ready for dispatch and that they would arrange a special morning delivery for Wednesday. Once again, I trusted what I was told and waited for the tracking information.

Unbelievably, I still received no tracking. Then, at around 7 PM, I received an email saying that my order would NOT be delivered on Wednesday after all.

At this point, I tried contacting them on WhatsApp, only to discover that they had blocked my number. I honestly cannot believe this is how a company chooses to deal with a frustrated customer after repeatedly failing to deliver what they promised.

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I have been given one promise after another, had to constantly chase them for updates, received contradictory information, and then been blocked when I tried to contact them.

Please be very cautious before placing an order with this company, especially if you need something by a specific date. Based on my experience, their communication and customer service have been extremely disappointing.

After what I have experienced, I personally find it very difficult to understand how there are so many positive reviews. I can only speak from my own experience, and unfortunately, mine has been absolutely terrible.

Absolutely rubbish customer service.
Absolutely and utterly disappointing client expectation management, and missed delivery not once, not twice, but over and over again until you just cant give them any benefit of doubt anymore.
Nightmare business to deal with it.
Don't risk your money, time or effort on these worthless piece of business. I wish there were zero stars to award. At this stage they are equal to fraud business at worst, and very poor business management at best who have broken trust and have no skills in customer service. They should not be in the business of printing and don't know why they are still in business.

I found it quick and easy to upload artwork and approve it. The banner was good quality, a good price and arrived on time. Would definitely use again.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY PRINTED MY ORDER WRONG AND ELIVERED LATE, NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND AND HAVE CONTINUOUSLY CALLED AND HARRESSED ME PROMISING A REFUND THAT NEVER ARRIVED.

Quick turnaround, competitive prices

❌ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Before placing the order, everything sounded great. I was told that the delivery would arrive on the agreed date and that the quality would be good. Unfortunately, once the order was placed, everything changed.
I placed the order on Monday and approved the artwork on the same day. Before placing the order, I was clearly told that the delivery would be made on Thursday. However, after placing the order and approving the artwork, the delivery date was suddenly changed to the following Monday.
When I contacted the company and explained that the delivery was originally agreed for Thursday, I was told that if I wanted the delivery on Thursday, I would have to pay an additional £200. This extra charge was never mentioned before I placed the order.
Then, when Monday finally arrived, I found out that around half of my order, worth almost £2,000, was delayed. The explanation given was that the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control.
❗ The quality of the banners also leaves a lot to be desired. The banners were supposed to have eyelets, but they were delivered without them.
📞 The telephone customer service was another major disappointment. It was extremely difficult to get any proper help, clear answers or a reasonable explanation.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
If you need your order to arrive on time, I would strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully before ordering from this company. In my experience, the negative reviews reflect exactly the kind of problems I experienced.

I ordered my menu board from the team and they have been excellent in communicating with me through the process. While there was a short delay they told me immediately and kept me informed the whole time. Stephen was the one emailing me and was very responsive to my questions.
