About Us
Precious Soles is a unique footwear retailer committed to improving lower limb health and general physical wellbeing. We spend a huge amount of our lives on our feet, and we want to make sure you spend that time in the right shoes for you. We measure every pair of feet that walk through our doors, and stock some of the best comfort brands available in Europe to make sure you always have a choice of footwear solutions - in both kids and adult sizes. Whether you want footwear to help with a foot-health condition, to help with an activity, or just want comfy new shoes, we offer what you need.
Run by an Award-Winning Team
Coming to our shop means you are trusting us with your foot health, therefore we have very strict principles which are upheld by every member of our team - combined with high levels of knowledge, expertise, and competence. No matter who you see during your visit with us, the experience and outcome will be the same. The foundation of this experience is based on over 40 years of combined shoe-fitting experience, and tens of thousands of happy customers. Our team won the Drapers Footwear award for Independent Footwear Retailer of the Year in 2020, and have been nominated for Team of the Year at the upcoming 2022 awards.

Great experience
Great experience. Jonathan measured both our boys in double quick time (very important when you have children who don't want to sit still). Found a very comfortable and quality pair for our youngest (4), after seeing what suited him best. Let us know our other son's shoes were still holding up (no unnecessary sell) and when to visit next according to age/growth rate. Will be back.

Wonderfully supportive staff and environment
Initially when I phoned the shop to see if they could help assist our daughter they were so understanding and helpful reassuring us that we could use a separate private room. When we arrived Kirsty was fantastic - calm reassuring even though our daughter was highly distressed and anxious. Kirsty gave us the time and space we needed and we were able to come away with a pair of shoes which we feel confident about. Thank you.

A shoe shop with excellent service which i have not seen for years.
It was my first time. From the moment i stepped through the door i was made welcomed (not over the top ). Antonia listened well and understood what i needed. She was professional, knowledgeable, displayed expertise and was patient. She explained everything clearly and accommodated. There was humour as well. I was shown a choice and checked thoroughly. I even observed a toddler being measured by another with the same care and patience. Precious soles delivered a service i haven't seen for 40 years. It was not stressful. It was a pleasure. Yes the shoes were expensive. However the material, the craftsmanship and shoes are worth it. Normally i dont like any shopping (especially shoes) but i came out smiling. Precious Soles was recommended by my Podiatrist.

Excellent service
Excellent service: they know what they do. We already went twice to Precious Soles, for two different family members, and are absolutely deligthed with their professonalism.
