I was impressed with how carefully Antonia measured my feet. She picked out a selection of different shoes in my fitting.
As a person with multiple issues around difficult feet, I was impressed with the care and patience I experienced particular to my issues.
I cannot think of any other shoe shop where there has been such wisdom and expertise applied to the process of finding the right footwear.

Great service. I have been a customer for quite a long time now. My current Hoka trainers are the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn, recommended to me the last time I bought from Precious Soles. For my latest visit, I booked my appointment early that morning, left details of the trainer model I’d bought before and then picked up a brand new pair lunchtime on the same day. Perfect!

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff putting us at ease to know that we were getting the right product for our needs. Good also that if the salesperson didn't think the shoes were not the correct fit, they would not sell them to us.

I took my mother-in-law along who has a range of foot problems and various physical difficulties. The staff were wonderful to her and their care and knowledge were exceptional.

We spent a long time in shop as they really wanted to find the correct type of shoe especially with her history of not wearing the correct footwear.

Being on a tighter budget and still wanting the best fitted shoe was a mission but they really went out of their way to find shoes she was really happy with.

I would recommend to anyone with foot conditions and willing to get quality and knowledge.

Once I discovered Precious Soles, I have never shopped for shoes anywhere else. They really understand not just the fit, but how the shoes they sell impact and assist your gait, making it so much easier for someone with very poor mobility like myself to walk securely. And in attractive, comfortable footwear that you rarely find elsewhere. Assistance is friendly, personalised and with no sense of rush or hurry. Precious indeed!

The ladies were very friendly and helpful. My youngest child has recently started walking and rather than sell us a pair that weren't right, they told us to come back in a few weeks when she was more confident. They really care about each individual child.
