Friendly, knowledgeable staff, took time to measure my feet, watched me walk and gave me a selection of shoes to try and tested for best fitting. I had an appointment with podiatry too, Ratna was great, diagnosed issues and has given me exercises to help. My sandles and shoes purchased are so comfortable

What a shop.

I’ve had feet problems for over 20 years and have had constant pain. I’ve tried doctors, physios, podiatrists, injections, shockwave treatment, the lot. Nothing helped and finally an excellent podiatrist (Ron McCulloch) recommended this shop.

I was served by Antonia who was nothing short of fantastic. She patiently understood my foot issues and history, recommended a number of shoes and took me through the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble and she was passionate about making sure I had shoes that were suitable.

For the first time in 20 years my feet feel better and are free of pain. I am eternally grateful for the service I received and the shoes that were recommended to me.

I also took my mother who has her own feet issues and this time we were served by Kirsty who is also excellent and my mother is very pleased with her new shoes.

Do not hesitate to book an appointment, you will not be disappointed attending Precious Soles and you will not go anywhere else in future for your footwear needs!

I was warmly greeted and the process of measuring my feet was fully explained. Once done I was invited to try on and sample some footwear. One pair of shoes seemed to suit me well and I purchased those. The team member who dealt with me was delightful.

It's treat finding a shoe shop that actually carefully measures your feet and also offers very helpful advice about buying shoes that are appropriate to any pediatric problems you might have.

I was referred to Precious Soles by my podiatrist almost a year ago...experienced an attentive professional service helping me understand my gait , measuring my feet, and trying on the right shoes to deal with my problems. I have taken my Granddaughter to Prcious Soles since she was first walking, she is very petit and has tiny narrow feet. As first she was very nervous getting her feet measured but now loves going to get new shoes, everyone is experienced, helpful and patient. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you ladies you are always a delight to deal with!

Good choice of styles and very good service. Being special shoes they cost a little more but do the job and help with my wifes foot problems.

Regular shopper for my granddaughter, however took the opportunity of investing in some new trainers as I have been experiencing some discomfort with my present pair.

Good to have my feet measured for the first time in years! Very thorough test of the way I stand and walk, posture generally, and shoes required to walk comfortably with my spinal stenosis and Achilles tendinopathy plus bone spur.
