It was the first time in 18 months that I had actually gone out for shoes. Lived for all that time in slippers and badly fitted soft shoes!
I found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable in every way. They helped me enormously. I walked out of the shop on cloud99, along with three pairs of sandals and slippers. (Properly and expertly fitted.). Could not speak more highly regarding my shopping experience.

First visit and I found out I have been wearing the wrong size shoes for decades. Very professional attitude. Knowledgeable, patient and willing to discuss every detail.

Another great experience at Precious Soles who sorted an emergency pair of school shoes for daughter and worked out problem with old ones. They also gave us accommodated us after a long rush hour drive from Hertford. Expertise is second to none and service is charming and friendly as always.

Advised me on the correct trainers to purchase for pickleball, I arrived thinking I knew what I needed, but I was very wrong, everything was explained to me and told me about an ankle issue I didn't even know I had. Best trainers I've ever had, will definitely be going back.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make sure I got the right trainers to help with my specific issues. Bought a pair of trainers on the day and couldn't be happier with the choice they guided me to.

I arrived very early but was seen straightaway. I explained what I was looking for and the assistant showed me various possible shoes while I made my choice. She also made me a cup of tea because I had to wait for the card machine to charge!
