I still have not received my order and can’t get answers
I still have not received my order. I’ve tried calling and emailing…no answers. My order says it’s been shipped, but USPS tracking says it still hasn’t been picked up for shipping. Beyond frustrated and ready to cancel credit card charges and notify the Better Business Bureau of this apparently fraudulent business.

Order confirmed in early August
Order confirmed in early August. End of Sept and have not received and no delivery date. No idea what’s going on despite multiple contact with customer support.

I placed four orders with them... NO SHIPMENT!
I placed four orders with them. The oldest more than 3-months old. The first ad stated "Low Inventory." NOTHING has been shipped to me. Their responses just excuses. I have demanded a full refund and have not yet received a reply.

order placed on April 25,2025 - as of this posting on September 7, 2025 I have an email where th shipping label for my sign was created on August 30th. I've had exactly three other emails from this company, one was a snarky comment that I didn't read how

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered a sign over two weeks ago. It still hasn’t shipped. Sent an email requesting expected shipping date. Crickets for a response. Don’t do business with this company.

After waiting 4 months the sign arrived…
After waiting 4 months the sign arrived broken. Customer service offered a refund but never gave it after contacting them multiple times with no response. Don't waste your time or money. Although the website states they have return and refund policies they actually do not if there is a problem, at least in my experience. I have since had to file a chargeback with my credit card to get my money back. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to this sign to hang in my business.
