for the last several months we have…
for the last several months we have been having an ongoing issue with the Carrier sheets not holding our dtf transfers and having very inconsistent results with is this a hot peel or is this a cold peel which is this going to work, are parts of the transfers going to fall off when I moved the transfer to the garment. This is a long term problem which stahls is very aware of we have now been told that within a month it should be fixed. this is terrible, stahls has been the leader in heat transfer for decades, and we have been a customer for nearly 4 decades PLEASE do better, fix these problems

Process Improvements needed for Artwork
Overall the process has the right steps.. but for someone that is new.. not sure on exactly what's needed (product) or how to do it.. the process is very unforgiving. There should be more ways to edit the comments, ask questions.. but there are times where the only option is "cancel or approve". Also I had to call a few times to customer service and they really struggled (for the most part) to help. So the system is a bit tough, no abilty to ask/help and the knowledge on call-in is lower than average on the topic I was working on (leather patches)

Not that great
The small words were not legibly printed, but they showed up fine on the original art. Also, many areas were pulled away from the backer sheet on the big design.

The new AI system
The new AI system for DTF has not worked well for us.
I was not pleased that we were blamed for the mistakes. The previous system was NEVER an issue.
I can deal with technical issues but not the blame game.

Background issue
I sent in 2 vector files with a similar design that should have had a clear background. We received the order and I glanced at the two designs, which look great, but they were on a grey background. I thought the design would come off of this background and that this color was just on the roll. Now we have 200 designs that look awful.
