Great quality transfers! Transfer Express is my go-to shop for transfers. They are great to deal with. Can't wait to run this order. This will be my first time running Ultra-Color Pro. Super stoked, and after receiving the order, the transfers look amazing. My client will be super happy! Thank you TXP team!

Customer service was fantastic. They warned me about the small details in my some of the logos on the sheet. The little logos were a test just to see the tolererance, so those look about how I thought they would.

That said, the puff transfers do have a clear outline on them (even on the larger graphics) that I didn't expect that gives a cheap feel to them. Because of that I'm not able to use them for my project and will have to throw them away.

I usually do not have this issue with all the times I have ordered but out of my order this time, I have 4 defected sheets out of the 144. They were angled on the sheet and had one that was missing the ink in some spots. NOT usually the case in my experience.

Issues with UltraColor Max not pressing correctly to a simple cotton t-shirt despite following the given directions.

Poor quality products, expensive prices, and polices that are NOT very customer friendly...very disappointed!! To any new business, STAY AWAY from this company!!

These are the transfers I trust. This is the company I trust. If everything is not perfect, they are great to quickly resolve the issue.

I understand, under new rules, you cannot combine order in the same shipment.
When delivery in Canada (because not free), the impact is real.

Great product offerings and nice website to order. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern they have always been very helpful.
Orders have always arrived on time and if I’ve ever had a damaged order it’s been replaced fast.
My only drawback is they seem to have issues with UCM application instructions. I was having issues with the hot peel. After 2 orders coming in like this I called to see if I need to do something different (assuming it’s an issue on my side). I was told an internal memo went out saying it should be cold peel now. No emails to the consumers. Just internal. A little frustrating to find out this way.
I’d prefer the company be open about this and not try to hide it and only tell customers when they call with problems.

My experience with Transfer Express has always been excellent. I've been a customer for over 5 years. The design application on the site is very easy to use, whether designing from their usable artwork/fonts, or importing my custom logos & designs. The finished products are ready to press after a quick cut to separate the images on the sheets. The turnaround time is super-fast, and I live close by, so I pick my prints up.

I had an issue with my final prints. Immediately I called Transfer Express and spoke with Brandon. He looked into the issue apologized and resolved the matter for me quickly. As a result, I'm looking forward to future projects with Transfer Express.
