Finding the perfect Popsy should feel joyful from start to finish. That’s why we offer a 28-day returns policy if something isn’t quite right. And if you’ve found a dress you love but it needs a little adjustment, our alterations service can help make it feel beautifully suited to you. Whether it’s the length, sleeves, belt loops or pockets, we’re here to add that extra bit of Popsy care. Just remember, once an item has been altered it can’t be returned.

Great tights
I ordered a stack of pairs of tights and one came though footless. Even though I had opened it (and realised they weren’t tight) Popsy were brilliant and I was able to return them and receive the right tights! Thanks for all your help and the brilliant tights!

This is such a great brand
This is such a great brand - the items are amazing - comfortable, flattering and so many different patterns and styles. I love that they encourage customers to send in photos wearing their clothes so you can see what they look like on different body sizes and types. It's also a female-led small family business.

Fabulous family run company who are visible on social media with lots of sneak peek videos. Lots of prints which are released weekly. Fab Halloween and Christmas ranges and Book Week too. Free alterations at the point of ordering. Returns are always processed in a timely manner. Great community pages on social media. My favourite prints are woodland animals and celestial designs. All very addictive! Multiple methods of payment available. Free delivery over about £40.

In general product quality isn't great
In general product quality isn't great. Most dresses don't wash well and cardigans have stretched. After saying 4/5 washes (all care instructions followed) dresses bobble.
Blanket quality and nighttime hoodies wear better
Had a specific issue with an order where service was terrible. They sent me a faulty item and charged me to replace it. Rude customer service when I tried to get this sorted.
Used to buy from herr very regularly but hardly ever now unfortunately.
